I have been on this journey since October 2015 with some pretty dissapointing results. Iam always on here reading posts, reading the wiki and trying diffrent ways and seeing what works for me.

Yesterday I thought I would try something different, I put on a youtube meditation music video, laid out the towel and away i went. completley relaxed and doing deep breathing exersises (esp in the lower abdomen) What felt like my prostate had started to pulsate and then my finger tips started tingling, then I felt a warm sensation at the bottom on my dick and then up my chest and my heart rate sped up quite rapidly.

I did not concerntrate on this feeling too much as I have read it can make it go away pretty quickly. The senestion last about 5-10 seconds then subsided. I did try to get it back a few minutes later and successfully I might add but only last less than 5 seconds. Then I gave up.

Has anyone had the prostate pulsate before? It feels like a heart beat, like its throbbing (not sore though)
And has anybody experienced similar to what I just have?

Yes...many of us have felt prostate pulsing...great progress...try to relax into these sensations and tell yourself to surrender control to what your body wants to do on its own!

Jaxsun is so right - by relaxing your mind makes that connection that your prostate is wanting the attention of your thoughts - things will grow and grow from there.

What specific music did you use? I've looked up a few. There are tons on there and am not quite sure which ones would be best.

@anerosamateur --- If I told you what that first 5 seconds of sensations can become, you might not believe me! But, I'm telling you anyway...with practice and patience...it can turn into rolling waves of pure pleasure which radiates up and down your body, head to toes, and goes on for many minutes to hours if you so desire! Yes, a nearly perpetual state of orgasmic pleasure! I'm laying here in exactly that state as I type this message...enjoy the journey!

Back to the bliss!
