Yes, I have similar feelings about the product. I in the process of sending it back. I don't know if perhaps I'm build differently, but the
"nerve zone" for me is shallower than the device at full insertion. For $40 I am disappointed. The guarantee is a little misleading too.

I had the same problem as well.
The best way I have found to use it is to recline in a chair with your feet up at the same height, so your knees are bent.
I slip my undies down behind my balls to increase the feeling, then tuck my balls between my legs at the same time. Concentrate on the area between your legs and follow the aneros instructions..You should feel a buzzing sensation which increases, then flex your pc muscle to move the aneros slowly. I've had the aneros for a week or so and love it..but am still unable to climax with it.. seems as though I come so close.. I love the feeling I receive from it. One thing that bothers me is last night while I had it in I tried and tried to climax..no such luck. then took it out after an hour and tried to masterbate .. no such luck. Finally went to sleep worn out.

I have just switched meds.. so that may play a role, yet I still am not finding the devise to be what I had at first thought it would be.
