Hi everyone

I have owned my Aneros for several weeks now but I've only used it on about 10 occasions.

I have never had a super O and I would appreciate some comments on whether you think I'm heading in the right direction.

I find it hard to hold a constant, gentle, anal contraction. After a couple of minutes I feel tired and usually have to release the contraction. On 2 or 3 occasions I have been able to hold it for more than 5 or 10 mins. I have felt a warm feeling in my anus as well as a pleasurable sensation that builds. In addition I have been able to achieve the involuntary contractions. The sensations are pretty nice and on 2 occasions I have consciously thought I was heading to a super o but then for some reason it stops building and the pleasure dies.

Should i maintain focus on holding the gentle contraction? or when it builds should i make the contraction stronger? Some advice would be appreciated.

Thanks guys

Office_boy,

Welcome to the Forum.

I don’t believe that you need to “… hold a constant …” contraction, if the contraction varies in intensity, so be it. Your focus of attention needs to be on the “… pleasurable sensation that builds”. If you are concentrating too much on technique you may very well overlook the subtle sensations that lead one toward the super-O. There is no one “formula” for the technique which will get you to the super-O. This “re-wiring” process will necessitate you trying a number of differing methods to find the unique combination that gets you to the super-O.

You need to understand that the pleasure wave build-up is often characterized as a cyclic process, build-up…ebb, build-up…ebb with each subsequent build-up becoming more intense, until an orgasmic level is reached. You facilitate this process through both mental and physical reinforcement. The contractions you use to aid this process can vary dependent on your own responses, these you will need to experiment with.
I hope this helps a bit.

Good Vibes to You !
