Non-erotic orgasms, aneros can be non sexual

I find this often to be true as well. When I view porn or use sexual fantasies to fuel my arousal level, the energy that it brings about leans much more towards the type that leads to ejaculation.
It's when I mentally bring about the sexual energies but not through sexual fantasies, and just feel them, expand them, and breath them, is when my body heads towards the more deeper inner orgasms.

I feel since I've used porn or fantasies my whole life to achieve ejaculation, is why when I use them during aneros or aneroless sessions that it triggers the energy to move towards ejaculation instead of multiples. But then again once I've fully rewired this may no longer be the case.

But I agree. When I go into an aneros or aneroless session as more of a meditation is when I often have the best results.

Just had 1 hour session of aners listening to trance music and floating in waves. Thought come to mind at a lot of levels. I think my view on things when my mind wonder has a special thing to it. I've heard many people comment on what the experts describe as, "That sounds a lot like Tantra." I've been interested in Tantra and have read a little about it. I didn't put the pieces together until about a month ago. It was then that I first experienced sexual energy flowing, like my base chakra had opened up. I didn't have a clue what it was until my next session when the energy grew and spread into other parts of my body. It felt like I was in one of those massage chairs at the mall. Literally, my voice would have vibrated if I spoke.

At one point the energy left my genitals and was only in my chest. When this happened, all of the pleasure I was feeling up to this point went away. The sexual energy had moved up out of my genital area and became energy of another kind. When I focused on my prostate and perineum the energy moved back down and the pleasure resumed.

At this point I knew it was energy that I was feeling, as I was able to move it around my body. Before this I had no idea what I was feeling or working with, I was just enjoying it and seeing where it would go next.

❓ A question for those who know Tantra or have mastered the mysteries of the Far East, is it fair to say energy is energy regardless. If the energy is in your sex organs then it can be called sexual energy, if not then it isn't sexual energy (yet, until you choose to move it there) ❓

I haven't mastered much of anything in life, and have only begun to touch the outer skin of Tantric practices but I believe the energy we are dealing with is really just one. I like to use the term - Life Force Energy. This is my current understanding of it. When it is focused in the root and sacral chakras, we call it "sexual" energy and term men “ballsy” and women “brassy”. When it is focused in the solar plexus chakra, we call it “gutsy” energy. When it is focused in the heart chakra, we call it “loving” energy. When it is focused in the throat chakra, we might call it “oratory” energy. When it is focused in the third eye chakra, we call it “psychic” energy. When it is focused in the crown chakra, we call it “intellectual” energy. I think we all tend to move this energy around in our body at different times for different purposes.

'artform', 'Pan' and others have already written eloquently about this energy so I encourage you to read their posts for more insight into this aspect of Aneros practice.

Regarding the common ground of these energies here is a recent personal example:

In the same way some of us are unlocking the circulation of energy, having a partner atuned with these forces can enable experiencing bigger circuits.

Love is the greatest of energies. Love making is normally refered to as loving sex. So we have sex, and love making, but how do we describe making love without the sexuality and the need to plant/recieve a seed.

Circulation of electricity with both polarities present has to be infinitively more powerful.

I have come to the conclusion that Aneros induced pleasures are not sexual related, they are different. Admittedly my very first time use was very sexual (rock hard penis and had to masturbate to a wet orgasm). I believe the simultaneous unstimulated sexual response is only a programmed reaction from our brain a programmed sexual response by association, expectation, exposure to media, friends hears say etc; in other words - just a sexual ego response. (ego = what we want to be and falsely project; self = what we actually are)

Once I discarded the sexual ego and the expected sexual self satisfaction, only then I truly opened to the real pleasures that the Aneros can produce as I then, for the first time, I allowed them, trusted them and let them explode within me without any sexual performance expectations. That the penis is completely flaccid played no role. No need to measure up to anything - size, hardness, semen quantity, squirting power, you name it - forget them all, forget the ego just be your self and just enjoy the Aneros-pleasures!!!

As for now I am exploring the new-found Aneros-pleasure in a non-sexual contents, they satisfy, relax and energise me. My road of self discovery started two years ago with a false start in 2003 - no aneros then - I was doing a combination of power kegels, and when I say power I mean power, together with deep breathing at the same time feeling electric in my body. As it turned up I ended up in hospital with hyper-tension, the doctors quickly jumped on the diagnosis bi-polar (because of an incidence in 2003 - big story ending up for one month in Abu Dhabi Police psychiatric care). Both the 2007 and 2003 diagnoses were wrong - In 2007 refused all medication (Lithium) and managed to calm myself down letting the energies guide my body to unwind - if anybody watched me then they would say I was possessed by the devil as I was shaking involuntary as we do with the Aneros.

So, if I start documenting my journey as a complete picture then the Aneros, for now, is a small part of it.

Finally artform I must return the congratulations as I enjoy your post mostly - I particularly look forward to your endings and yes I am soaring joyously.
