Hi Guys,
Well this morning I had my third session with my new MGX. I did the relaxed breathing as the instructions advise. The sensations were pleasant, but nothing especially thrilling. After about 10 minues I started doing the anal sphincter squeezes. That was more pleasureable, and I felt the MGX touching some nice parts of the anal wall. I also felt and saw pre-cum slide out of my still flaccid penis. I was still lying on my side, but decided to turn over on my stomach, as I continued the slow breathing and contractions. It felt good, but there were no involuntary muscles spasms or flopping of legs as in arcticwolves video on xtude. (By the way, I too think we all would benefit by seeing some more videos of those of you who have experienced the super O. It may not be typical porn, but I think it could help some of us see what it looks like when the super O is happening. :D) I decided to turn back on my side, and do a little harder squeezing. I started breathing faster, and the sensations were good, but still nothing like the super O. I have in the past manually stimulated my prostate, and I know what pleasure, along with sighing that can bring. That can feel awesome 😀 I turned over on my back, and decided to push my hips down into the mattress. That was more pleasureable, and I rocked as if someone was fucking my ass. But still no super O. 🙁 I decided that that was probably all I was going to get, and so lubed up my penis, pressed down on the prostate through the skin of my scrotum, got myself nice and hard, and wanked away. When I came, my cum seemed wetter than at other times. I think this was probably because of the good stimulation the cowper's glands had received. When it was over I looked at the clock and realized that the session had lasted only about 35 minutes. I suspect I was rushing the whole procress. Any comments? It was not the sought after super O, but it was a good familiar O nonetheless.

pedrosan, Welcome!

There are a lot of clichés, I’m sure you’ve heard a thousand times before, but they have become clichés because they have a core of truth – “Patience is a virtue”. Your suspicions are correct in that you were “… rushing the whole process.” I hope you don’t fall into the trap of being so goal oriented (chasing the Super-O) that you miss out on all the pleasures of the rewiring process.
There is much to learn about yourself in this journey and chasing the Super-O is one way to ensure yourself a frustrating ride. My advice here is to continue to experiment with various techniques, taking note of what feels good and what doesn’t seem to work for you, just as you have done so far. I am glad that you have taken the time to do some reading and know that experimenting with different positions are worthwhile learning exercises. This journey is not a time trial for a competition, it is all about learning your pleasure keys.

I would like to clarify some possibly erroneous notions about the Super-O you may be holding. The ‘arcticwolves’ video to which you referred is, indeed, a dramatic demonstration of what a Super-O can be for some men, but this is not necessarily a typical representation of what it should or will be for you. I have never experienced that kind of vigorous involuntary full body spasms. I have experienced numerous smaller isolated muscle spasms at various locations and at different times in my body, but nothing that compares to ‘arcticwolves’ playful exhibition. IMHO, It would be a mistake to assume this is the model for what a typical Super-O should look like. Your experiences will be unique for you. When the Super-O does come to visit you, it may border on violent and loud or be quiet and relatively calm but of great pleasure intensity flowing through you. The Super-O does come in many flavors, colors and intensities, I hope you get to enjoy them all.

Due to my video contributions demonstrating the first super-o on film there has been a flood of numerous videos from many other aneros users successfully demonstrating p-wave contractions, and the grand finale of them all, SUPER-ORGASMS. I cannot think of a better time then to reiterate the point Rumel has made. This is so important that it should be pinned to the top forever.

I can attest to what rumel has said. DO NOT think that you'll have the same type of orgasm that you see in these videos. These videos are meant as a guide to help you see the human body response to such prostate stimulation. The key thing in all these videos is to listen, observe, and take notes. You'll notice that each person is relaxed as ever and the breathing patterns has a lot to do with it. Never THINK or SET EXPECTATIONS from the videos you have watched. They are there for you to see if you have experienced similar results leading to and/or have just had a super-orgasm.
