Haven't had my super O yet but been using it alot just for the massage and contracting my pc muscles and edging sometimes....but i tell you what on the night after my sessions, when my wife an make love the orgasms i have are the most mind blowing an powerful iv'e ever had in my life...i also last longer and my erections are stronger and last longer also.Sad thing is no super O,and also haven't let my wife in on the secret.She loves anal play but doesn't understand it from a male point of view.

I'm in the same boat as you. Since I started my journey a couple months ago my wife has noticed (as have I) that my erections are stronger and I can last much longer.
Also, a couple of times when we've made love I had my helix syn inserted, the second time at her request because she says I feel even harder and Bigger! 😀
The big difference for me when it's inserted when I'm with her is that my orgasms go on MUCH longer. I can feel the contractions inside for well over a minute...very intense!
