No automatic movement

Hi.

I have used the classic a thicker and a thinner massager. All aneros.

This is about three years now.

I have used them laying in a hot bath, laying on the bed, standing upward and sitting on the edge of a chair.

I insert lubricant in my rectum and on my sphincter. I use lubricant on the aneros.

I use a lubricant Pjur Blackfoot (water based for anal use).

I relax and contract my sphincter muscles a bit. Hoping to set off the automatic sphincter contractions.

that does not happen.

I am always busy tugging the massager in my rectum with my sphincter muscle manually.

I am not even close to a super 'o'.

I never experienced that.

The normal orgasm is somewhat better.

How can I do this better?

thanks.

I personaly dont believe in a true automatic, I think what happens is there are certain muscles you have to find on your own and learn to tense to a point where it becomes natural and it causes other movements by itself. I would suggest to you and anyone else, to try exploring more with the 'do nothing' technique. At first nothing happens, as it was for me and many others I pressume, but doimg nothing is how I achieved my current state. Keep it up, you'll discover newer things. No forcing.

Like @Tatornator I usually start every session now as "do-nothing". Sometimes I get a great session, other times I get a "dud". You never know which one you will be dealt. One thing about prostate massage (with Aneros) is that you don't want to force anything. Unlike masturbation to ejaculation which is pretty automatic for most of us guys, prostate orgasms (including a Super-O) are much more elusive and can't be expected just because you want one. If you take this mindset going into a session, I believe you will experience better results! Good luck to you!

Thank you both for your reply. I will keep that in mind.

Do you just lay on your back? Do you watch an 18+ movie?

It will be a new experience because I am easlily bored when doing nothing or waiting.

Thanks again.

I am a complete newbie to this as well, but maybe I can reply anyway. I don't own an Aneros and never have, but despite that, I've had some success doing "Aless" or Anero-less sessions. I think I had some weak p-waves today earlier, despite not directly stimulating the prostate at all. I don't think you should be too worried about not having automatic sphincter contractions. Can you feel any sensation at all from your prostate? If yes, then great! Focus on that!

Pretty much all I am doing right now is just laying down on my bed completely relaxed. Sometimes I watch porn to get my arousal up, but that's only before the session starts. Once the sessions start all I do is just observing whatever sensations I can feel in my body. I think one of your biggest obstacles right now is the fact that you say that you're easily bored when doing nothing. Maybe do shorter sessions and set an alarm so that you don't get too frustrated when nothing happens. Treat it as learning a new skill. It will take time and practice before you see results, but later on I hope it will be worth it. Reading the posts of some of the more advanced users on this forums convinces me that it definitely is worth it!

Good luck!

Hoping to set off the automatic sphincter contractions. that does not happen. I am always busy tugging the massager in my rectum with my sphincter muscle manually.

Your experimenting with different positions is a good practice but manually manipulating your massager may be part of your obstruction to progressing. You may be focusing too much mental energy on making something happen to allow your body to lead the way into orgasm.

The normal orgasm is somewhat better. How can I do this better?

Yeah, Super-T's are nice but I get the impression you may have deeply programmed yourself for that experience which only makes the necessary paradigm shift in thought toward prostate based orgasms all the more difficult. @Tatornator & @goldenboy have both given you wise words, please seriously consider them. You also might consider amplifying your body's arousal level prior to an Anerosession to see if your response pattern improves (see Aneros, Arousal & Abstinence for an alternate approach).

... because I am somewhat controlling.

Our egos have an over confidence in our ability to will actions to occur, this is an impeding illusion! This illusion leads to frustration as our body has a multitude of processes constantly going on of which we are only vaguely aware and over which we have very little control. When it comes to the orgasmic process, your body (and your subconscious) knows far more than your ego consciousness so doesn't it make sense to let your body take the lead? You will be far better off if you "Just Let Go !" Good Vibes to You !

These are such good threads! I've only done 4 or 5 sessions so far and am just starting to tune into a little sensation down there... I hear ya on the boredom! I've turned my sessions into a sort of meditation. I just really tune in to the specific area and focus on the energy there... Simply breathing into it and observing anything that happens... Reading various threads between sessions is very helpful in processing and putting the pieces together.
