A foam yoga block! Just finished a wonderful session and found that the yoga block I purchased for my morning yoga session does the trick with the aneros 😀 I like to start laying on my back with my knees bent. As the session progresses and things get in motion I naturally bridge my back. Slip the yoga block under the hips and it takes much of the pressure off so you can relax while the MGX finds a deeper spot. Got mine at the local Target store for around $10. Kind of pricey, but I use it almost every day for one thing or another.
