@Tatornator , I'm in the same boat you are. I have the same 2 you do and looking for my third. My friend @BigGlansDC suggested the Maximus or the Eupho. I'm leaning towards the Maximus for the length without the width of my P-Ice. Good luck

I would go with the Progasm Jr. This model has some size/girth and gives good pressure but is also mobile. Moves a lot like the Eupho but is bigger

@Tatornator @GGringo The Maximus, as suggested by @BigGlansDC, will give you the length of the Progasm, with a width that is somewhere in-between the Helix Syn and the Progasm. Being wider and taller, it will be less mobile than the Helix Syn, and being less wide, and lacking the K Tab, it will be more mobile than the Progasm.

Before you decide what to get, give some thought to what you are really looking for. If the focus is to feel the pressure on your prostate, the Progasm might be the ultimate model, with Maximus being a good compromise between pressure and mobility. If you want even more mobility, and the pressure to be more focused on a smaller surface, the MGX, or even the PS New from High Island Health, might be your choice.

If, on the other hand, you are looking for those illusive waves of pleasurable sensations, commonly referred to in this forum with various terms including the word orgasm, you just might be better off with the Helix Syn, or with the Eupho Syn, if you want more length while maintaining maximum mobility. Although you might not feel any pressure on your prostate, they may still be doing their job, rubbing those sensitive nerve endings that reside between the prostate and the wall of the rectum. Keep going through the motions, relax and let go of your expectations, and then, when you least expect it, they might sneak up on you from behind (pun intended).

Guys, In recent weeks, I have discovered the technique of making my Aneros models Energizer Bunnies in my sessions. That happens when I let go or sit back in the do-nothing techniques and let my models work for me with hardly any effort on my part. This approach has been successful with Maximus, Progasm Classic, Progasm ICE, and MGX. I have experienced Super-O's, MMO's, and Aless of electric pleasure recently. Also earlier today, I had an Aneros session with Maximus that was beyond this world. I inserted Maximus smoothly to the hilt to a pleasure spot near or around my prostate that I didn't know I had. Also it seemed that Maximus was hooked around my prostate. Hence I had one of my best rides with Maximus ever since getting it in July 2012. BigGlansDC, what you describe as "when I let go or sit back in the do-nothing techniques and let my models work for me with hardly any effort on my part" sounds like the approach that I've used for about a decade. On rare occasions I might add some contractions, usually very light ones, otherwise I only include gentle tactile stimulation of my nipples. Apart from that I'm totally relaxed. Yes, I do have the PS New. It looks quite similar to the MGX, but it differs in two important aspects. First, which is quite obvious when you look at the pictures and compare, the PS New has two nodules at the tip. It's also slightly longer. Second, the P Tab of the PS New extends farther and it therefore puts pressure on a spot closer to the scrotum compared to the MGX. As a consequence of these differences, the longer lever provided by the P Tab and the two nodules, the tip presses harder on a smaller surface, or to be more accurate on two smaller surfaces, but I have never felt the two separately. We are all different, but to me, the pressure of the PS New tends to be a bit high, and as a consequence it tends to desensitize the nerve endings it's supposed to stimulate. I have had some incredible orgasms with it, but only when used alone or first, and only in quite relaxed positions, such as described in the post mentioned above. I definitely don't see it as a beginner's model, but for its primary purpose, massaging the prostate, it's probably a really good choice.

I agree with you that the Maximus is a very good choice. It is the largest of the models that allow me the mobility to have continuous full body, multiple, non-ejaculatory orgasms more or less for as long as I desire. The other two models that will do the trick are the Helix and the Eupho. All three models just mentioned, five if you include the Syn versions, have in common that they distribute the pressure on the nerve endings in the rectum over a larger surface.

@Pavlov, I wish to thank for your report about your experiences of High Island Health's PS-New. Some guys such as @goldenboy have reported that PS-New tends to milk the prostate. Has that been your experience too? Also you reported that the PS-New tends to "put pressure on a spot closer to the scrotum." Would you say that spot is where the seminal vesicles lie? If you have experienced prostate milking through the PS-New, was the emitted fluid clear or milky? Damn, you make me so desirous of getting a PS-New for sure! 😀

@BigGlansDC I do from time to time experience a certain flow of precum. I don't really know if this is the same thing as prostate milking, but when it happens, the emitted fluid is clear. I haven't really kept record of which models generate most precum, but looking back I think it would be the models that put the most pressure on my prostate, i.e. primarily, MGX, PS New and Progasm.

When I say that the PS New "puts pressure on a spot closer to the scrotum" I refer to the P Tab. It extends farther away from the anus, at the perennial acupressure spot, or sweet spot and therefore, if I have understood the anatomy correctly, is nowhere near the seminal vesicles.

I ride with the PS new and the Helix synn. I get different feelings from both. The PS new feels great going in and when in place feels like it was meant to be there. The perenium tab is also awesome compared to the soft flexible tab of helix synn. I find i get better prostate stimulation and perenium stimulation from the PS new and if you contract your PC while it is in you can get a great milking and massage. kind of what aneros was originally designed for. If you take it to the next level and ejaculate with it in it pushes and pumps incredibly Draining every last drop. However I find more pleasurable dry orgasms and prostate feelings with the Helix synn, I have been going with this model the most recently because I think it is getting me closer to achieving what we are all looking for. If I am limited in time and looking for a release PS new gets the green light. For me If i ejaculate with the helix synn in it feels like it is never going to stop and the anal contractions continue for a while after the ejaculation. I would give the PS new a try it will not dissapoint!
