I've been into prostate massaging for a while, but only with my finger. Last week, before I had heard of Aneros, I ran out and bought a Doc Johnson Pleasure Wand and gave it a whirl. It wound up being extremely disappointing. I did some research, came across Aneros and ran out and bought the Progasm locally because I was too anxious to wait for the helix to arrive in the mail.

I realize from the readings that Aneros will take some time to get to learn. But, I'm having trouble feeling anything at all with it in. I actually just got done using it for about an hour and a half to no avail. Does anyone think that hit might be because the Progasm is slightly larger / maybe more advanced?

Thanks

I should probably get a reply macro of some sort, as this is always my first question when I see a thread like this: did you notice any pre-cum leaking during the session? If you did, then the massager works, and you merely need some study and patience to get sensations out of it.

No, there was no pre-cum.

Alright. Maybe I overlooked the first sentence in your post - have you experienced pleasurable sensations or pre-cum flow when massaging the prostate manually?

Well, when using my finger I get the strong sensation to urinate, which from what I understand, is appropriate and it gets me aroused. While using the Doc Johnson vibrator, it wasn't really doing much in terms of sensation, but I wound up keeping it in while going back to a traditional penile orgasm and wound up having a dry orgasm.

I have the Helix and Progasm. My general feeling about the Progasm is: it's a sledgehammer. The process of "rewiring" takes a while, and it is a subtle thing. There's nothing subtle about the Progasm, unless you're 6'6" and 300 lbs. 🙂

Everyone's internal geometry varies; however, generally:
- If you feel an urge to urinate your contact is probably up near the bladder neck.
- If pre-cum is 'generous' you're probably getting good contact with the Cowpers glands,

When I first started I would get a bit of pre-cum going, but nothing amazing. It took me a while to really find my groove, so to speak.
