Hi, i have the standard model for some months now without having any special results... I quit using it but now i am considering to start the more 'patience' way.. so i am wondering.. starting a session without hands and if i cannot reach the end should i just stop , continue with masturbation or...? what? what should be the best way? Also how long i should wait until i feel something 'good'? Ok.. its not bad it feels good inside me but not something wow... please experienced members advice!

I have spent many hours of reading here and some opinions are oposed... also is there health risks of bad use?

thanks in advance!

I'd say instead of worrying about how long to wait for good feelings or if you should masturbate just put it in for a set amount of time and take it out when that time is over.

(Keep in mind I am no expert so what I'm saying should be taken with many large grains of salt) But if you schedule yourself for 45 minutes, don't expect an orgasm or expect to feel better than you've ever felt. Just put it in and relax and notice any sensations that arise. No pressure, no expectations. When you get to your time, if you haven't felt anything that great, that's fine, take it out. If you get to 45 minutes and it's feeling really good, cool, take it out.

Maybe experts would disagree with me on this. If my sessions aren't timed I try to end the session on the top of the mountain so to speak. Then you're excited for your next session and not powerlessly watching the backslide of your pleasure.

Hope a more experienced user can give their 2 cents for you.

Oh, about safety. If you don't have any issues with your rectum or prostate and there is no pain during use I don't see anything damaging happening. Some doctors give prostate massage and from the patients accounts of the ordeal they sound much more vigorous and rough.

aner,

Welcome to the Forums,

You are quite correct about there being many differing and opposing opinions expressed on this Forum. This serves to demonstrate the individual nature of our individual journeys. What technique works "best" for one man, may not work at all for another. However, there do seem to be some commonalities of techniques which seem to work well for a great many men and from your reading I'm confident you've already discovered some of those commonalities.

I detect from your post you have some expected outcome

...starting a session without hands and if i cannot reach the end should i just stop,

What is this "end" you are expecting? Is it a hands free ejaculation? If so, you need to know some men get these but most men don't.

Also how long i should wait until i feel something 'good'? Ok.. its not bad it feels good inside me but not something wow... please experienced members advice!

"Good" feelings/sensations are a subjective evaluation but as far as waiting there realy is no time limit to an Anerosession. You do need to allow yourself sufficient time for you arousal to build to orgasmic levels, how long this takes is variable for all of us. If you notice yourself getting bored or frustrated during your session you may as well end it right there as it is not likely to get better. Remember the journey toward the Super-O can not be forced, trying to establish artificial time lines is likely futile. The "wow" factor will only happen when you are not expecting it to happen, this is a paradox of Aneros usage. Unlike traditional masturbation, prostate orgasms can't be coerced to occur, you need to seduce yourself into experiencing them.

... also is there health risks of bad use?

If you use these massagers in accord with the manufacturers instructions, there should be no health risks.

P.S. I sent you an introductory PM with some additional hints and tips to get you started.
