Hey guys. I've got a question. I'm 10-15 into a session and things are starting to get moving (quivering muscles). My question is this: when the aneros starts twitching and moving in and out on its own, do I hold the contraction still or do I let go and let it do its thing. I feel like I've held the contraction before and it stopped. 🙁 What do I do here? Any help would be great guys, thanks!

Hey @bubbaducky, I would suggest to try "do nothing". Watch yourself and find out whether or not your motions are under control of your conscious mind. If so, let go, relax and wait. "We can only sit and wait" is the best song to listen to. Your prostate will cause some little motions to get the tool into the right position. Let it go and wait. Wait even more until there are involuntaries coming up. If you think about moving do it slowly, wait and feel whether the urge to move has gone. If you listen to your gland you will know when the position you are in is the right one. If I have some nice promising p-waves I still with some surprise fear that it might have stopped. But, believe me, this little time-out is what your gland needs to take the next run. Lately I wrote some more about a quite similiar topic in the post "How to reach the next level?"
Good luck and good vibes on all your way!

@bubbaducky @SOwithoutAneros is right. You should "do nothing" until the "auto-f**k" contractions start. Once they start, in my experience, you may feel an involuntary urge to "help" the contractions along with a light kegel. I think that is normal. At some point, the autos will kick-in again (perhaps several times or more) and you will just "ride it out" perhaps all the way to a Super-O! It is all up to your body (and your prostate) how far it wants to go during a session. There are no hard and fast rules to observe. Just relax, lube-up generously and enjoy the ride! Good luck!
