I used my Aneros Helix for the second time and had a much better result. I was very sexually excited and after about 35 minutes I had a dry orgasm, then about 30 more minutes I finished off with a nice orgasm. Reading the forum really helped me. I now realize that you have to be in a concious state with your mind and body. Amazing!!
