With respect to how long before one experiences the Super O, this varies from one individual to the next. I might suggest that you take a look at the POLL section on the home page of the forum. There are several polls that have sought an answer to that very question. I've often referred to this as a journey , a process of learning and exploration on a very personal, sensual level. It's natural to be eager to make it to ones "final destination", but you must avoid letting that rule you. Know that the Super O is not (for most people) an automatic response, but a learned one. So in most instances success is had by delaying expectation and ones need for instant gratification. The path to the Super O is a pleasant one and there will be many new sensations to be had. What I'm suggesting here however is that the emphasis not be placed on the Super O...but the journey at hand.
