I did a little reading around and saw that a good exercise to do is kegels. I also heard that starting out doing to much can cause injury (like all exercise activity). Just wondering what a good starting point for beginners would be without injury while still working the PC muscle? How should I go about working my way up?
@Musicman33, like any exercise or sport, start off performing the Kegel Exercises slowly and gradually in the beginning. You do not want to injure yourself.

i have pursued a consistent daily routine since first reading with excellent results in aneros sessions......a/less sessions.........masturbation.......nipple play....... and partner sex.
