Hi all I have had the unit for a week now. Not feeling anything Yet. I have hour long sessions with it so I think I am leaving it there long enough. When you contract in english not medical terminology. What is the muscle you are using. and I am not sure if I have it inserted properly.

how far is it supposed to "slide " in
when should I feel something?
any conversation welcome

jcvmf214,

If you will re-examine the illustration that I included in my introductory PM to you, you will see the correct orientation and depth of penetration for your Aneros and this illustration identifies important anatomical features.

If you will read the Understanding Your Body section of the Aneros WIKI you can read about your Pelvic Floor muscles, which are used to maneuver your Aneros. All of those muscles may be employed or they may be exercised individually or in various combinations. There are multiple combinations that may prove effective for you, you just need to experiment to find them for yourself.

It is quite common for new users to seemingly "feel nothing" upon their initial sessions with Aneros. You need to understand the massage action generated by your Aneros is quite gentle and safe but is also very subtle in the sensations being invoked. It may take some time for you to experience a Prostate Awakening, so you need to have an ongoing level of patience. This is a journey of learning to listen to your body's subtle language and tuning into that language to fully appreciate its nuances and energy.

IMHO, new users often enter this experience with false expectations or notions of the experience as compared to penile masturbatory practices. While this is understandable given the hyperbole one often reads and the glowing testimonials of users experiences, the truth is this process can take some men a great deal of time to slowly move forward. Some men are lucky to get to a Super-O quickly, others make take years to get there.

I understand that. and saw the diagram with the unit inserted. but it is not clear if the -- ptab? -- or front leg or Perineum Abutment goes in the anus or just around the "nuts". The diagram I looked like it went inside but when i use the device the front leg fits snug around the balls. So am I using it incorrectly.
