I got my helix yesterday after eagerly waiting for it to show up. Surprisingly I got 30 or 40 minutes of me time yesterday afternoon so of course I took it for a test drive. Nothing earth shattering but it felt nice. Kind of a tingle in my groin and my thighs were shaking a few times when I tried doing contractions. Lots of precum too, like porn film quantity at times LOL! Afterwards there was literally a warm sensation through my entire pelvis that I just laid and enjoyed. No ejaculation, didn't really feel the need, I wasnt even erect most of the time. Congratulations, you seem to have a quite fast introduction. I had fairly quick results too, full body shakes (without orgasm, and more a novelty than pleasure) on my first ride.
The interesting thing about Aneros is that you can usually go on and on. You don't feel an urge to ejaculate, it's a different kind of arousal. Just don't stimulate your penis at the same time or you'll find yourself unable to stop.
It's not a coincidence that after a pleasant Aneros session you may have strong traditional orgasms. It doesn't happen every time for me, but when it does I can't help but moan. All you have mentioned is good and similar to what many guys have experienced, including me. It was NOT your imagination, traditional sex will be better, stronger, harder, longer, more ejaculate. You are WELL on your way to a whole new life of pleasure, orgasm, and bliss.

Pre cum is a good indication that you have a good fit and that you are sucessful in targeting the prostate. Pay attention to the Perenium as well and adding a bit of pressure with a fist just behind your scrotum with butt the aneros up against the prostate if it is needed. I have talked to several people who have also had to jump start these sessions with a series of presentations that helped put things into positions of enhancement.
