So I've been on the journey since February. The first few sessions I dedicated to just getting used to the device (helix syn) and doing the do nothing method. Started doing kegels soon afterwards, primarily the ones to help stop peeing.
fast forward to recently. I have a progasm ice I use now (just feels like its better/"fuller"). I havnt gotten anywhere past just getting involuntaries which kinda sucks but oh well. I have sensitized my nipples In the past month. Even a possible orgasm from them (my head was spinning and could feel my pulse beating).
But anyways I started doing rectum squeezing lightly (pulling the aneros in) and combining that with pee stop muscles it starts involuntaries shortly.
However I feel like the invols just go away and my rectum feels weak like I'm not squeezing it, which makes me squeeze more. And ultimately I start back at square one.
I'm stuck in this loop for about 4 months now and its frustrating. I do remain relaxed and look for new sensations. But it feels like I'm just stuck in a rut.
So I dont know if I just need to do kegel workouts (havnt been consistent about it) or if it's something mental or both. I just lose muscle control in the aneros and loses sensation. Not sure what to do...
