I have been using my Helix for a while now and still have not have to many results and was wondering what i could get some advice on reaching the super O.

Oh is right!

Check out the Stickies here and the Wiki, for starters!

Also:

How long have you been practicing the Aneros and how often do you practice and for what session length??? (describe what you do in your sessions?)
