Hello all,
last week I tried second time for Aneros,
this time I did more relaxation and let go of any regist.
about 30 or so mins later,
I felt mild sensation in prostate, like a wave that you see when
you throw stone at pond.
It was very short (about 1 sec)
so I waited more so I can feel it again,
then it made another still fast, but more powerful wave.
I looked at my watch, and it was passing 1 hour since I inserted it,
so I finished my session.
However, it was so dry I had difficulty to remove it, and when I
brought Aneros to a bathroom for cleaning,
I saw a very small amount of blood in it!!
Here is my question:
1. is my anus okay since I saw a small amount of blood?
(after that moment, I never saw any more blood or bleeding)
1.5. will it be okay to use Aneros again sooner?
2. I use KY jelly but it drys too fast,
Is there anyway to lengthen lubrication time with other suppliments?
Pond,
Try prelubricating with some KY liquid, ID Glide or WET (one of the thinner water based preparations). This may be accomplished by loading a small amount... a teaspoon or two into a children's medicine dropper commonly found at your neighborhood pharmacy (they usually give them out for free with a prescription). After that, lubricate your Aneros with copious amounts of KY jelly and...have at it!
No you don't want the Aneros to get dry. It's possible that you had a bit of minor tearing associated with the unit locking up inside you. Commonly this also occurs when someone attempts to manipulate the Aneros by hand (working it in and out like a dil), if you have been doing this, avoid it in the future. A few users who had prexisting problems with hemorrhoids have also reported seeing small amounts of blood too,...particularly when they haven't lubed sufficiently. Given that you're talking about a small amount of blood (vs. a profusion) and that it disappeared thereafter (and I'm assuming that there have been no other symptoms associated with this) my suggestion is to give it a couple of days then take precautions next time to make certain that you're adequately lubricated while using the Aneros. It's a lot more comfortable and you'll find that the device performs far better this way too.

i use moreorless 4- 5 cc to be inserted with a syringe. In the beginning i have used less but if you use the aneros long (2-4 hours, 4?) it dries out and will become painful. With the 5 cc it is ok. I also lubed the outside of the aneros itself, but insertion with a syringe is a must to my belief. Sometimes i relube myself.
i use XY jelly, sometimes siliconbased (anal) lube.
i have fitted a piece of 5 cm round electric black plastic wire to the (5cc) syringe, of which i have removed the two core-wires. It fits well, is flexible (if you sander the rims a bit it is impossible to hurt yourself with it). And it can be replaced sometime with a fresh piece very cheap.
Don't worry, slight bleeding is nothing to worry about but it does mean that you were being too rough so be more careful! Use plenty of good lube -like the other guys said, use KY jelly.
