So I have been able to achieve HF Po's over the last few days but today using this new technique took it to another whole level.

Be relaxed, be relaxed, be relaxed!

Porn images only

One of two orgasmic binaurals

Three 5 second kegels

Fast kegels until the lock up occurs

1 long kegel for at least 30 seconds

Fully relax

Use one hand for nipple stim

Use the other hand to make a "cup", with the 3 middle fingers

Gently place this cup on perineum and begin light massage.

After a few seconds the entire perineum will swell and you can adjust pressure and rythm focusing the cup on swelled prostate area.

Allow your body to continue to relax and find best hip position to maximize orgasm.

This entire sequence is done on bed, on back, hips supported by pillow.

Give it a shot.

Hey @pplay4me,

Thx for sharing. This reminds me of the Clench-and-Hold technique from Barbara Carrellas & Joseh Kramer. It's a very cool technique that can be variated and adapted quite easily to ones personal likings.

The steps are fairly easy:

  • Lie down and relax for a few moments.
  • You may to a breathing exercise (belly breathing, cycle breath, breath of fire etc.).
  • When ready, do 10-30 faster breaths to charge your body up with oxygen.
  • Do 3 deep charging breaths and hold the last one (like apnoea divers do).
  • Clench up your body. The more muscles and the harder the clench the better (PC, abs, butt, legs, arms). You may press yourself into the floor or stretch your body and reach for opposite walls with your hands and feet. Don't bring your knees up, since that releases tension in your abdominal muscles.
  • Hold that clench for around 15 secs.
  • Then let go, enjoy the release with no expectations and observe what happens (like the do-nothing approach).
