Ok so here is the quick story...
I had my helix for over a year and a half now.
For like a year I didn't really use it much, I probably got frustrated that nothing really happened.
However for the past few months I got a little bit of discipline, and I started having some results.
basically I am now at the point where:

It moves by itself, I am getting both powerful anal contractions, along with prostate contractions (auto*)
I can have prostate "locked" contractions for minutes at a time, followed by locked anal inward contraction and again prostate.
I am getting both prostate contractions and powerful outward anal pushing at the same time
I am getting very powerful outward anal pushing followed by inward anal pushing, massive auto
*, i even pee myself from the pushing out force
I am getting muscular contractions of all lower body, both twitching and squeezing, including glutes and legs, combined with all of the previous things simultaneously...
However...
I am not getting any orgasms!! ... nothing that you can call really ... pleasurable...
So am i on the right path, but just havn't reached it yet or what??

Do I maybe need to let my prostate rest? I been probably doing this every other day, and it feels kinda sore.

Thanks!

bulldozer1001,

Welcome to the Forums,

Your post is somewhat timely as I was just updating a posting into the Cherry Picks group which touches upon what constitutes a Super-O. I would also like to direct you to 'Buster's thread What exactly is a Super O?

You may also be interested in reading an early post (#47) by 'BF Mayfield' describing his first 'Super-O', wherein he states "Then, my anus started to quiver in spasms. With each quiver and quake I experienced incredible tickling and tingling sensations, I soon realized I was having an anal orgasm." Clearly, the threshold for experiencing "orgasm" varies for each one of us depending upon our definition of the term "orgasm". If you Google for definitions of the term you will see it varies greatly and in most cases doesn't address the range of intensity of the orgasmic experience, especially with respect to non-penile based orgasms.

I think many men are a bit confused as to what constitutes an orgasm. Too many think that an ejaculation is involved or required, this is incorrect. Some men may think a 'Super-O' is a monumentally intense, explosive physical experience, although it can be very intense and physical, it can also be sublimely pleasurably passive. I think in some ways the term "Super-O" gets misinterpreted and men infer a far more grandiose experience than the enhanced, dry-orgasmic event it is. If you imbue mythic qualities into the term "Super-O" then you may be establishing a level of performance impossible to obtain for yourself.

You said "I am not getting any orgasms!!" but you are clearly describing typical orgasmic reactions such as "...powerful..." involuntary prostate and anal contractions including tremors in other large body parts.

From what you have described, IMHO, you are already experiencing Super-O's but your present definition of what constitutes an orgasm may be limiting your appreciation of the experience. If you are experiencing any pain or soreness, then Yes, definitely take additional days rest from use. Perhaps take that time to think about what your definition of orgasm is and whether you have some hidden expectations within that definition. I think you are definitely firmly on the path but you may be running a 'bulldozer' when a 'bobcat' may be more appropriate for dealing with your subtle pleasure feelings.

How would it feel if you were to restate "I am not getting any orgasms!!" to "I am not getting the orgasms I expected!!" ???
