Its been some time since my first and only post on the forum (November 2017). My post was a rather hurried and worried affair with Rumel pointing me in the direction of Wiki help. Since then i have been reading, learning and processing the changes from the past 6 months. While there are many on here that have struggled to achieve certain heights and have been using Aneros products for a while without too much success i can honestly say that the journey is worthwhile, i'm not sure once you start that you can stop anyway.
So my journey has been no less than amazing, from the first insertion of my helix syn i felt waves of pleasure all over, to the point where after the first week of nightly use my head was spinning and i worked in a kind of daze (laying bricks and plastering was different to say the least). Since then my Aneros use has reached some amazing heights inc several super Os.
My collection has grown too, wanting to experience the difference in models, i have purchased the Helix syn, Vice, Mgx, Progasm Jr, Tempo and today will be arriving the Eupho syn. Each one has taken me to euphoria in there own different ways and i can honestly say that the feeling from each is unique.
My favourite of all is the tempo, i love the feeling i get when the anal contractions start and the involuntary's kick in, together they just throw the tempo around inside me and off i go. To quote a particular writer "though she be but little she is fierce" I find the tempo far more comfortable than any of the others so when driving back from work with it inside me every bump sends it moving and so the tingling starts.
I have two things that i wanted to throw out there to you lovely people, firstly, i wanted to ask the experts among us about the full body shaking, as much as i like the feelings my body is throwing my head around quite violently is this something that others have found? the build up will be where the shaking starts usually in my arms then it goes to my abdomen them my legs and all of a sudden my head will be shaking from side to side until i cannot take any more. I have been trying to subdue the body shaking and focusing on the intenseness of the orgasm almost concentrating the power from the shaking and putting it into my core and brain if you like. Not spiritual at all and not interested in that side of things but i get the feeling that i am dulling the sensations by doing this, however nice they are.
Secondly along side this, most nights i have the tempo in, if not i wake at 5 with quivers and tingling and have to put any Aneros in me, i would safely say that i may be addicted, having always been highly aroused by the smallest of things and somewhat of an anything goes man with a high sex drive, my wife does not share the same qualities. Because of this i have to be careful at 5 in the morning with the shaking as i don't really want to wake her, so i do my focus thing and keep it down. Does anyone else have this issue, if so what do you do?
Just wanted to thank you all for posting and encouraging everyone to share as it has helped me no end.
Family are away in a couple of weeks so i have ME time, i'm going to do a different toy every night, cant wait, tingling just thinking about it.
Don't consider myself an expert by any means - if anything I am a novice as have just been with Aneros about a year and a half but what an experience thus far. Have not experienced the head shaking but have experienced the body shakes and quivers and tingling. Always enjoy whatever happens and usually different experiences and feelings. Am pretty much similar to your situation as my wife isn't into anal so my activity is either early in the morning before she gets up
or when she is gone. Early morning is great as am totally relaxed and have had some great Aless sessions then. Have a pretty good arsenal of toys including HelixSyn HelixTrident Eupho Syn EuphoTrident Progasm Ice Maximus Trident MGX Trident and Vice. On a given day any can
take me to new heights and experiences. Different positions can provide
different pleasure as well. Please keep sharing your experiences and enjoy!
... firstly, i wanted to ask the experts among us about the full body shaking, as much as i like the feelings my body is throwing my head around quite violently is this something that others have found?
I won't call myself an expert but I am a veteran Aneros user and have read most of the posts and testimonials on Aneros use in this forum. From my own personal experience, I can say I've never gotten much pleasure from the full body shaking/tremors in and of themselves, though they can be dramatic and for some men quite forceful. IMHO, the tremors are more an indication of energy dissipation due to session arousal/buildup. I've noticed that they mostly occur when I allow muscular tension to gradually build along with the increased arousal/pleasure feedback during an Anerosession. This process happens subtly and gradually for me but when it starts to occur I now know this is when I have to consciously tell my body to deepen my muscle relaxation. When I am able to do this the tremors soon cease and I'm able to enter the 'calm seas of orgasm' phase and ride the gentle pleasure waves for many minutes. Sometimes the energy buildup returns and I'll need to repeat the instruction to my body to relax some more but usually the first time instruction does the trick.
I try to avoid the tremors because they seem to drain physical energy and shorten the enjoyable time a session may provide. If you suppress the shaking by consciously holding your muscles tight, binding the energy so to speak, I think you ultimately dull the the session as you have noted, too much mental energy is focused on the suppression rather than the pleasure flow.

Yeah, many of us are addicted to these inscrutable little devices but if you have to have an addiction, I think this one is by far the healthiest and most fun. As far as a solution, I'd just recommend you try deeper muscle relaxation so the energy can circulate around your body rather than becoming bound up in your muscles. You might want to learn deep belly breathing techniques to help with this relaxation process. Please see @rook 's post in A Question about Breathing for some helpful tips and information links. You can also read Deep Belly Breathing and Relaxing (a file I downloaded many years ago authored by Temple University Professor R. Hicks, unfortunately no longer available online).
Good Vibes to You !
