It's been 1 year since I bought my first Aneros which honestly I threw away because I thought it didn't work for me. I'm glad I acquired a few more models since then.
My first super o experience can be found on my Aneros blog. But in this thread I would like to elaborate about my journey there, the techniques that worked and failed (for me) and how the journey developed. I'm no expert here but hopefully my experience can provide some insight and encouragement for those still on the journey to find their first orgasm.
1. Starting out
2. Nipple diddling
3. Audios
4. The receptive state
5. Higher level of arousal
6. Combining everything
7. Other notes
1. Starting out
I didn't hit the ground running, having discarded my first Aneros. It was disappointing session after session initially and I took a few breaks that lasted weeks each time. Reading the Aneros forums, even though the accounts seemed genuine, there was always this doubt that something other than a regular ejaculatory orgasm existed - it was all I had known.
For a couple months I couldn't feel anything down there, there wasn't any feeling or pleasure on the prostate.
Things started to change about 6 months ago when I began to have almost daily sessions with the Aneros up till now. There was some feeling, and some very slight pleasure. I knew it was engaging the prostate. I searched online to try all sorts of contraction techniques but to no avail.
At this point, I treated each session not as a waste of time but more of a relaxing alone time for myself to lay back and relax.
2. Niple diddling
The next big step in my journey was when I read about nipples being used to build arousal. It took a couple of sessions before the brushing of my fingers across the nipples started to become sexually arousing. I noticed that it made my prostate pulse with pleasure. Still no orgasms yet but at least the sessions were fun.
I noticed that my nipples are like the nitro boosters to a car, they accelerate arousal really quickly but also get desensitized and sore after a while.
After many sessions, I noticed that my PC and anal muscles got stronger and more controllable - in this regard, kegels could definitely help.
3. Audios
My next big leap was incorporating audio into my sessions. Not being a very imaginative person, I find that audios from GWA reddit help to create scenarios and distract my mind. The audios were very arousing and added alot of pleasure to my sessions. I tried binaurals and HFOs to no success thus far. I noticed that while audios can create arousal, they can sometimes dictate the pace of the session which may not be ideal because then the audio becomes the limiting factor. It does help to keep out distractions though, especially in noisy environments like my home.
4. Getting into the receptive state
What this means is not just being relaxed in the body but in the mind. And the mind has to be really open and receptive of the subtle movements that the Aneros makes and reading it as pleasure. For me, it is about surrendering fully to a person and allowing her to give me pleasure. With this "surrender" I turn off my mind from any other thoughts and tune into the pleasure and sensual imagery. Just to name a few examples, I visualize myself in bondage, getting pegged, futa and gentle femdom and it makes me want to really open up and receive pleasure.
This was different than the earlier stages where I would do contractions in the hopes of inciting an orgasm. I was trying to force it to happen rather than opening up to let it happen.
5. Higher level of arousal
For me, regular F4M audios were great but what really pushed me over the edge was when I dived into my deepest fetishes. (This part may differ for everyone!).
My first dry O came about strangely enough from a vibrating prostate massager. This was when I was encased in a full body stocking that covers the head too and diddling my nipples. I imagined that a domina would only release me when I came. To which I did really quickly. This led to multiple dry Os.
I transfered this state of mind to the Aneros within a few sessions. By having pegging audios playing during my sessions, I noticed that I was becoming less of a listener and more of a participant. Maybe because there is a real physical link between the fantasy and the Aneros actually moving inside.
6. Combining everything into reality
As of now, my sessions are on my back and I have some audio playing. I don't touch my nipples directly anymore but continuously circle the entire chest with both hands. This puts me in a very receptive state. I still do some light manual contractions although once aroused enough, the muscles know automatically what to do. When the dry orgasm hits, I try to avoid clenching the PC muscles as it hinders the progress.
7. Other notes
I believe that there is this "input" of arousal and "output" of energy and while I can be really aroused throughout a full session, the orgasms don't really take off until the input>output and continuously builds the arousal and pleasure into an orgasm.
My sessions are wildly different each time from the previous one and I am still exploring different things that work or work better for me.
I also tried using a model for a week and change to another for a week. This rotation helps to keep away the repetition and seemed to show me progress every time I cycled back to the same model.
To sum it up, I think that it was a combination of rewiring the brain to receive pleasure from the prostate, getting stronger/more controllable PC muscles, being in a receptive state of mind and being super aroused that brought me over to the orgasmic side.
*Please note that my experience and methods of getting to prostate based O's may not always apply to everyone.*
Good luck to all those who are still trying to get there. Try to appreciate each and every session and have no expectations. Your body knows pleasure and how to rewire to find it, it just needs time. The super O exists, don't give up!
@Bloopasdf, Thank you for identifying and reinforcing some salient points regarding the Aneros journey toward prostate based orgasms. Far too many newbies miss out on the pleasure possibilities of these devices because of their reluctance to follow the simple guidelines stated so often on this forum. Thankfully, this forum does exist and helpful members such as yourself take the time to post their knowledge to the benefit of all of us.
Good Vibes to You !
