It had been 3 days since my last session. I woke up this morning feeling lots of energy and it felt like my prostate was buzzing. Got up drove out in my truck to do some errands. The vibration while driving caused pleasure and some involuntaries 😀 so I rearranged my schedule went back and started a session.
I really felt the energy as soon as I inserted the Aneros, things got moving fast. Stronger, faster and more powerful. Somewhere around 90 minutes into the session, extreme waves of pleasure enveloped my whole body along with mild full body involuntaries. I could keep it going on and on. Did so for another 40 minutes. Total and extreme bliss!
New things I started doing:
1) Breathing: Somewhere in a Tantric article it mentioned deep relaxed breathing. Inhale through the nose makes it easier to breathe into the belly (valley breathing), exhale with pursed lips so you need to push the air out. I do 2-3 of these in a row when needed.
2) Relax EVERYTHING, I found that I was not relaxing my pelvic region completely or during a session my neck or somewhere else is not relaxed.
3) Relax into it. Any new feeling, muscle twitch, or surprise, etc. Don't tense up. Relax into it. I'd say this in my head whenever I found myself tensing up.
4) @rumel mentioned a few weeks ago in a post about sensations being fractal. This is so true.
Recently I've started sessions on my stomach flat on a bed, or on my side. This way I can focus on all that is going on, on my behind. Laying on my back at the start of a session I found that I missed feeling important sensations. Later on I lay on my back. I mostly "Do Nothing" very few contractions. Just relax.
Glad you've made progress. Laying on my stomach is one of the most relaxing positions, but I can't not focus on the sensations from my penis and it can ruin my session pretty quickly. I try to gain the willpower to ignore the desire to roll over onto my stomach.
When you say you lay on your back later, do you have knees up or are your legs fully in contact with bed?
What do you mean "I missed feeling important sensations" when you are on your back ?
The deep breathing and exhale through pursed lips works very well for me too. It feels as though on exhale, my diaphram is pushing down, forcing my prostate to actually move along the massager... then the inhale brings it back again. I'll also follow that up with a contraction sometimes, and wow! And total full-body relaxation, being conscious of every part of my body, to ensure I'm totally relaxed is very helpful. I'm often surprised to find that when I thought I was totally relaxed, I actually was tensed up a little bit somewhere.
