End of january now still trying every few days with minimal or no results.Guess ill never be one of the lucky ones.

2/20/07 Had an interesting session yesterday with the helix. Had it in place about 30 min. when i started feeling a pulse like feeling rectally,almost inperceptible but there. I tried to help it continue or even increase and i lost it.It only lasted for about 30 seconds but it was great.Hmmmmmmmm...... maybe theres hope for me after all.I thought all had been lost and maybe im being too optimistic but i shall forge ahead and continue to post my successes or failures here.

well here we are at 4/4/7. Two different models,hrs of reading posts,hundreds of experimentations and the best i can come up with is pleasureable feelings.maybe thats all there is for me.Dissapointed,Disgusted,and depressed.

Rumel here, 'drslyr', if your "disappointed, disgusted and depressed" while having "pleasureable feelings" it would seem to me you're cross wiring yourself for failure. I too am a bit frustated with learning the re-wiring process, but I am enjoying the pleasureable sensations, trying to focus them into something stronger, each session is feels good even though I am no where near a Super-O. You post on 2/20/07 was right on for the deep inner sensations to focus upon and subtly encourage, I got my only Mini-O (which lasted about 5 minutes) this way and it really felt fine. Sorry to say I haven't been able to repeat it yet. I'm going to keep repeating the sessions on a regular basis without expectations of a Super-O, as long as I'm still getting those good pleasurable feelings, maybe I never get the Super-O, but at least it feels good on the way, and at least I know that Mini-O's are possible and are very pleasureable. about 2 wks ago i was having a morning session with my helix . i was lying on my right side and began to feel some pressure building in my lower right side. i thought maybe this was some thing good building. After several minutes i felt some thing pop in my right side then excruciating pain.I went to work anyway. Three days later i ended up in the emergency room. Too embarresed to say what i had been up to i said it seemed like a kidney stone attack of which i have had many over the yrs. after being x rayed and sonogramed i was told i did not have kidney stones or gall stones. I have been living with this for 2 wks now, and its getting worse. maybe i'll be the first to die from aneros use.

I know you love your fiancee to pieces, but i must say this. I think its 4 yrs now ive been trying the aneros. I have 3 models, and up until recently lots of frustration. I bought the hypnoanerosession cds. It has been of tremmendous help to me.That and findng a position that would work for me. Anyway all along ive played with my different models, sometimes 1 or 2 times p/wk, sometimes not for wks at a time. I was experimenting with positions and found 1 that seemed to work. Its on all fours, face down, knees up and spread with chest and hips mashed to the bed. unfortunately this position is exhausting. Anyway i just discovered this position a wk or 2 ago.I listen to the hypnoanerosession cds while in this position and have made my greatest progress since i started the aneros experience 4 yrs ago. Ive had involuntaries for 30 seconds at a time followed by more involuntaries 3 or4 at a time about 20 to 30 seconds each followed by 3 to 5 seconds of something i cant describe but i think may be a mini o. Ive been so excited about it ive been having sessions like a madman. Finally after 4 yrs i have an understanding of what everyone here talks about.Make no mistake im still not anywhere close yet but my frustration has turned into hope and anticipation once again.The bad news is the freqent madman sessions have aggrevated some hemeroidal problems and have had to take a break till they subside."yikes maybe too much info".lol.
