Thank you for the link. That is an excellent graphical representation of the Aneros experience, as they say 'A picture is worth a thousand words'
and this is certainly true here with Alv's excellent graph.

Are you fantasizing like the wiki recommends, or does it not really matter as long as you relax? Just asking to get idea as to what I could try to think about during my sessions. I found the video informative, now I have an idea as to what to expect when I acheive the super-o. It takes brass nuts to put a video like that on the internet, so thank you for doing it.

yes basically I find it just a case of inserting & relaxing and letting go & enjoying the sensations,
as the sensations build I quite often think erotic thoughts to enhance the experience and also recently been experementing with some nipple play, although sometimes this results in me cimming hands free!

After watching your video, I was stunned that one person could experience so much pleasure. I've experienced some great p-waves and maybe even mini-o's but nothing like that. I noticed that some people on xtube commented that the video was fake and you were acting. Trust me that shaking is real. I started using the helix like a week ago and I shake like he does except my mind hasn't been 'rewired' yet so i feel very little pleasure from it, but it seems to be gradually increasing with each use. I am hoping to be 'rewired' soon so I could feel the pleasure of super O.

Hi, thanks, glad you enjoyed my video, the only advice i can really give is to just relax and take your time, my best sessions happen when I don't try too hard - just relax and let your mind and body go where it wants, if you get the start of any movements or twitchings just let them take over.
Hope this helps, most importantly don't give up and don't force it, sometimes I get dud sessions too.

thanks for the vid, dont generally download these kinda things but l guess ones gotta try anything when needing help to understand some things better.. and l guess l learned something new, l always assumed contact with the P-tab had to be pretty much centre however seeing the placement you use makes me contemplate the fact that l may have had it in the wrong place hence why l feel l am unable to move past the buildup stage.. cheers for sharing hopefully this gives me some hints to get past the buildup.
