Reading through this great forum, I seem to be among the lucky people who feel the full effects of this amazing little device from day one!

I'm interesting in knowing how you get your contractions started. Do you just put the aneros in and wait, or do you do the breathing exercises along with PC/anal/rectal muscle contractions as suggested in "Getting Started"? That wasn't clear from the video, although it looked like you just put it in and were off and spasming shortly without much effort.

Hello, I find that it's just a case of inserting and them just lying back & relaxing, no specially breathing except just some long slow breaths to help yourself relax, I do the anal contractions can help speed thing up a liitle but not essential.

Hi, I find the tab tends to find it's own resting place no matther how I position it, & to be honest don't find if makes a huge difference to the experience as I still seem to get as much pleasure no matter where it sits.

yes I've noticed a couple of the pessimistic comments, and feel a bit sad that it's them that are missing out. I don't think it is possible to act the kind of shaking I experienced, just like if you try consciously blinking really fast, you just can't do it!
Being fairly new to the experience my only advice so far, is just to completely relax and let your body and mind go where it wants to take you, I think if you try too hard you will not achieve the state of bliss it is possible to experience.

Yes somtimes I end by masterbating as it's nice to feel that one extra orgasm, but other times it's a great feeing to end on the high that a dry orgasm gives, I'm usually smiling for hours afterwards!

the quaking is what I think peple term as pleasure waves, I'm not actually orgasming at this point, just feeling the intense pleasure given.
I find each session in unique so it's quite hard to describe, but generally somtimes I feel the sensations in my penis like I'm about to cum but the super o like you can happen when semi erect or flacid too.

The quaking thing kicks in usually after I have one involuntary contraction, which makes me spasm. Suddenly I'm involuntarily contracting causing my to spasm so fast it appears my legs and hips are vibrating. The muscle spasms actually cause more invols which carry the motion harder and faster until I orgasm.
