Dear Friends,
Many have spoken about their abilities to start up a Super O without their equipment in place. I have been doing some experimenting myself. I was just in a particularly boring meeting at work and was able to work myself into some pretty intense mini O's. Our bodies are pretty amazing if you let them be. It was the best meeting that I have ever attended!
