Funny thing when I try do something, although the sensations may be good it just seems contrived, if that makes any sense.With do nothing, my body is more in control, and I don't have to try to control anything. It the same deal with all the different techniques. Mindgam will work great... if you're a Mindgasm kind of person. I'm quite sure being proficient at getting into trance states help a lot, so prior experience with hypnosis or meditation will enhance things a lot in session as you basically just follow along and stick to the plan without thinking about it.
Even Mindgasm's version of do-nothing" *is* anchored tension, see day 11 : Do nothing - Constant Light Source Hold.
Mindgasm is a very well put-together system, there's no denying that, but it's possible that only some parts of it will be right for you. As you mix and match, and add some elements that are potentially in contradiction with the system, then it's possible that your body does not know which path to follow. I still think it's worth doing the whole 30 days, then you'll know which bits you like and can bring to your "normal" sessions, and what you need to discard.
Once No Nut November is over.. what is the balance? I want regular sex and penis ejaculation and masturbating as well. Once I've "rewired" to a comfortable place... Is switching back and forth confusing to the pleasure focus?

Hmmm. I'd say, don't mess with your (re)wiring. If it's screwing with your previous results, then it's not good for you. I'd venture a guess that your Aless are not cooperating because some small muscle is overly tired form daily exercising, but maybe your subconscious is getting confused by all this stuff...

I have know problems with the exercises, I was able to hold a level8 contraction for the 120sec near effortlesly, I feel the growth of the muscles but they have never felt stiff or strained. Yeah, whatever method you decide to use, there is clearly a moment where you need to let go, and we could discuss the various ways in which this can happen, either consciously, unconsciously, analytically, etc. You will be "doing nothing" anyway, when all is said and done, but I feel those men who can make it work by doing nothing from the get-go have head start.
If you think that you will be able to separate your old method from this one, then you should be all right. If it's all mixing up, then it might take more time to untangle things. This is a bit like in that other thread, we're actually pioneering quite a bit, I don't remember reading about the effects of drastically switching methods, it's hard to say how this works.
Starting the new week, hows it going for you? I have learned some new things. Are sure hope they tie it all together soon, so one can play with all the tools before they shut it dwn. Day 28 is the Eternal Wave, which was the "old" lesson no.3 I think ? It's hard to keep up. Then there is Final for (I guess ?) 29-30 which is probably where any lose end will be dealt with. I would not expect Eternal Flame and The Stairwell to make an apparition, since that would be moving too fast according to the normal MG schedule, which put them at 2 months +. I hope I got all of this right... It does look like it will be a drip feed until the end, then maybe a surprise ?
From a business point of view, it makes more sense to not give access to everything in the first month like they did last year and have everyone rush through the lessons like kids in a candy store. I think they're doing well with the 30 days challenge and there is a lot of material to go through.

I'm on day 18 due to my delay. I progressively enjoying the NNN and am at a point where I don't miss masturbation any more, as the daily Mindgasm lessons give me enough pleasure.
I'm still confused with top. Three out of the six methods work for me and I can flex the imaginary muscle without any physical effect as well as a third real muscle, which normally makes my penis bounce when flexed. This real muscle feels like it goes from top root of the penis form the pubic bone on both sides towards the groins. But the real muscle doesn't work completely independent from centre, same as my base and centre are still not fully independent yet. Flexing the real muscle is more effective than the imaginary.
My major problem with the top is: I luckily can easy find a top sweet-spot at almost any strength of flex. If I hold a top sweet-spot I mostly receive almost instantaneous small p-waves and it often also creates involuntary centre vibrations like a big squeeze, naturally caused without addressing the centre at all. The small p-waves, especially when in combination with vibration, always cause a very strong erection. The erection alters the sensations in a way that I can no longer address the top, consequently loose the top sweet-spot and that ends the p-wave. After the p-wave ebbed away the erection soon subsides and I can address top again to start it all over. Any experienced Mindgasmer with tips on that?

If you look at the muscle diagram for day 17, it seems like you have the right "real" muscle activating for the top. To me, the dick bouncing is a PC muscle squeeze, which would be more "center" (?). @helghast would be able to give you the actual names and tell you if I'm speaking nonsense. Trying to work the imaginary flex makes little sense to me if you have more success flexing the actual muscle. Without spoiling anything, if you carry on with Mindgasm you'll discover that the separation of the flexes becomes less important as you go on, or at least that's my interpretation.
I feel like having a strong erection and no p-waves is somewhat superior to having p-waves without an erection. That does not solve your problem of the disappearing p-waves, but if you see the Super-O journey as having potential use in partnered sex, you'll probably see where this is going. I don't think this is something you need to "solve". Just keep at it and things should readjust by themselves.

I to wonder whats up with the top. However if you look at the picture I chose for my avatar, which I pulled from the site it directs you to on mindgasm. Although you can't fully see it, to the left side . It lists that muscle at the base of your dick as the top. I have full control over this, I can flex it on top of my center. I can also flex the imaginary top. Where I am confused is which am I supposed to be flexing as my top, is the one at the base of your dick part of the center? Flexing the imainary brings better feelings..
Heres something you may want to add to your repitoire, Try flexing the sides of your center seperately, you will have to start in your imagination. Eventually you should be able to do it, just your imagination should work. It helps to create imbalance, without having to move a body part

The Nov 22nd lesson was the Trinity one. It was certainly the best Mindgasm night I had..felt pretty good. I can somewhat isolate the 3 muscles, but to use all at once is a bit challenging. I did have lots of shaking and pleasure going on but I'd never be able to sustain it for long. Need to practice for sure. I think my biggest hurdle is when I am shaking, it is my whole pelvis and my lower stomach muscles are flexed and get sore and tired quickly. I am sure they shoudl not be engaged so I have trouble isilating the 3 muscles from my lower stomach.
The lesson said, "If you have a toy, now is the time." Since my MGX just arrived and it was my first night with it, I decided to do the Mindgasm without it. I just finished the Reverse Kegel day 26 work out. I would recommend this to anybody whether your doing the NNN challenge or not. Do the intro and the workout, I loved it I felt heat, like I was generating it. Weirdly erotic. This exercise will go in my rotation on a regular basis. I have just the playlist for it.

I think you’ve entered siege mentality. It’s one of the worst booby traps on the journey. You had a good start,and then started to push. I think you’ve followed the MG NNN hoping it would provide the silver bullet,but it won’t. Maybe take a short break Hank,a week or two,then come back and start over,explore with different techniques,positions,play around with things. Go back and do what you were doing in the beginning sessions.

@hankey01 Did you follow Allie, she makes it quite clear. If you hold it at 3, as she said, by the end of the session, trained or not trained you should feel something. I found the pleasure wasn't when I was pushing, I felt it more when she says relax. Pushing harder doesn't make it better, in fact it can be harmful. at the end of that session, I couldn't do a regular kegel and when I tried it felt so good. Could this be a patience thing?

Oh, when I did MG last year, I did reverse Kegel for "top" and it worked well enough. From that I made the observation that it hardly matters what you do, as long as you flex something, and as long as the center and base (PC and sphincters) are under relative control. I was a bit surprised to see that the MG folk decided to introduce this other motion, as it would change how the next sessions work (?).

C'mon, man. We got a lot of material for free. They did some research work on porn addiction, specific site layout for the challenge, we got several new audio tracks, wallpapers, etc. I'd say we got more this year than there was on the whole site last year. We're only missing the 3 advanced lessons. While I have been a bit critical of MG before, they put a ton of work into this. Of course, it's a promo thing, but this was still 30 days worth of daily coaching, at zero cost.
