I'm new to prostate milking and orgasm. I have a helix syn. I've recently discovered thrusting it in and out produces an orgasm and cum. The cum dribbles out, 1 or 2 semi squirts when really excited. The prostate orgasm feels like it doesn't have a distinct beginning and end like penis stimulating orgasms have...with penis you can feel it build, you know when you've hit it and you know when it's done. I've found the prostate orgasm is less defined in the start and stop. Curious if others experience it that way? It's weird because I feel satisfied simultaneously feeling like I left some orgasm on the table...like I could have kept going. I've tried to keep going but I get exhausted and have to stop.
I'm also curious about the hands free orgasms with the helix syn...I see others contract to produce an orgasm, no penis stimulation and no thrusting the aeros in and out. I tried that but no success so far.
Just curious to hear others experiences and if they can offer any tips on how to really hone this and produce super O's.
Thank you!

This is not the manufacturer's recommended practice. You are achieving a prostate milking with your actions but you are also creating an arousal dampening, partial refractory effect which may short circuit your path to multiple orgasms.

Yes, prostate based orgasms are qualitatively different from penile induced orgasms. As you transition from one excitation phase to another there may be no distinct markers for these transitions.

What you experienced is a common result of prostate milking, also similar to the effect of a ruined orgasm. That state of being can be both satisfying and frustrating as you are experiencing a partial refractory period and an unsatiated libido, this can be strange indeed.

First you need to understand that ejaculation and orgasm are separate events, some men can experience both 'hands free'. You may or may not ever be able to achieve a 'hands free' ejaculatory orgasm from your Aneros usage, it just depends on your individual attributes. However, this should not hinder your ability to experience multiple 'hands free' dry-O's or Super-O's.

Do a lot of reading on this forum, please take a look at Identifying Facilitators to Progress, practice, practice, practice, without expectations, attune yourself to the subtlest sensations, nurture and allow them to grow into full blown orgasms.
Good Vibes to You !
I would also discourage manually moving the Aneros. My first Aneros purchase was a whim purchase, I was unaware of multiple male orgasms, super Os, the wiki and the forums and did not bother to read the instructions in the box.
I did the manual thing and wound up with a lasting pain (about a week or two). I could not get an erection and was quite sure I damaged something!
I came to the Aneros site to look for help and information on what damage I may have done. It was then that I started to read and learn (and kick myself). Rummel sent a great introductory message and got me on the right track.
I healed and and eventually felt normal again and then began my Journey.
Your mileage may vary, but I'd hate for any other man to go through the rough start I had. Read, Read, Read and read some more!
