I've been on my journey now for about 9 months. I'm still not sure I've had what is classified as an orgasm, but I have had waves of Euphoria rush over me a few times with no muscle contractions. Over the past 4 months, I've not been able to use the Aneros (due to privacy). Instead I've been focusing on Aless. Recently, I had a breakthrough where I was able to generate a huge amount of pressure (tension?) by visualizing the Aneros rubbing against my prostate even though it wasn't even there. I had some significant pleasure waves and a feeling of pressure building that I simply couldn't release. I did this entirely with my mind, and no PC contractions at all.
Question: Has anyone achieved Aless orgasms (especially multiples) by focusing mentally and not doing any type of PC contractions? I want to know if this is a path worth continuing to pursue. And yes I know that if it feels good I should continue, but I am curious if others are reaching orgasm in this manner. Any tips to push through the feeling of intense pressure but no actual orgasm?
Yes imagination brings me orgasms all the time these days, but only since I started having prostate orgasms with my toys has this been possible for me, as I learned what a dry orgasm with a flaccid penis feels like. Since then I have had a different conception of what an orgasm actually is. That is, that an orgasm is a build up with a peak or plateau and a release. But I've never had a 100% mental orgasm with no contractions, I don't think. I mean, once the orgasm starts I automatically clench some muscles down there: all the muscles of the pelvic basin, thighs, stomach, and calves may be involved. These orgasms are rarely of the same intensity or duration (often 3-5 seconds) of other orgasms I have with more muscular contraction (masturbation, more pro-active prostate orgasms with toys or aless, nipple or other orgasms), but they are really nice, and often come in multiples. I've rarely spend more than a passing erotic thought to make them happen, so perhaps that is why... So tips in this direction? no I don't have any because my break-through came toy-in-butt, and only since then have I been able to grok the myriad forms of an orgasm.
Hey @Anerospore, it is definitely possible for you to achieve full body dry orgasms thru mental relaxation alone with no pelvic contractions. For me, I find that the more I am able to relax, the more intense it will become. As my Aless sessions intensify, my body will start involuntary muscle actions with no input from me at all. When these get extremely powerful and intense it almost feels as if I have an Aneros in place and it is stroking my prostate. You are definitely on the right track, keep practicing and learning to truly RELAX.
Like Ananewb-wow said you are on the right track. Mental orgasms are real but you really have to figure it out on your own. Add meditation to slow arousal and poof.
I discovered that mental A-less was possible in the early hours of 18th August last year when I was awoken by an intense orgasm swilling through my entire body. It lasted for minutes on end and felt out of this world. It’s happened numerous times since and these experiences really drove home the importance of relaxation.
Since then, I almost lost interest in using my Helix and started homing in on small sensations, relaxation techniques and breathing. It’s a very slow process but it does get markedly better all the time. I also carried the principles over to my traditional masturbation sessions. I actively try not to force orgasms of any kind and just let my body do what it wants to. Takes a lot of self control but the more I practise relaxing my pelvic floor and not giving in to the urge to clench, the more aggressively my prostate makes its presence known.
I’m also finding that over time, the mental energy expended on creating sexual fantasy diminishes as just the feelings of arousal are enough to keep sessions moving.
