Hi everyone, I'm very curious if there are any members who figured out how to have them without ever owning any aneros or other toy.
@Briii : I started a kegel regimen in April 2016 using a phone app to exercise them 3 times a day. After about 50-60 days of this I noticed that when I would lightly clench it created a pleasurable sensation. These sensations kept getting stronger as I kept doing kegels until one day it hit me while exercising with a full body dry orgasm. That was about 4 months or so into daily kegel exercises. I then researched and bought a helix classic. Now I enjoy AMAZINGLY powerful sensations that words can't describe with or without an aneros. But, I still use the Aneros weekly for the health benefits. For me the Aneros helped me learn to have these sensations more consistently without the Aneros. I am a firm believer that the kegel exercise regimen strengthens and AWAKENS the nerve bundles in your pelvic region to allow one to experience these amazing sensations.
To those struggling with this journey, try starting a daily kegel regimen. Do it EVERY day and give it 2-4 months and see if it doesn't help. It is truly an amazing journey that keeps getting better all the time.
Thanks for sharing Ananewb, somehow in my mind it makes more sense to try to achieve prostate orgasms without aneros,and after you achieve them and achieve them consistently,then buy an aneros and see how much does actualy having one actually contribute,is the pleasure truly that much more,is it the same?
Most achieve aneroless only after practicing with an aneros,but I would love to see a couple of new people try an experiment together to see if they can achieve them first without an aneros,then add the aneros then report back after a month or two, just to see what kind of "data"/"findings" they report back,All of this should be like an experiment where you control a bit the variables in the beginning,by not being exposed to an aneros first,but AFTER achieving these types of prostate orgasms.
With proper concentration oriented meditation sessions I believe it should not take more than a month of practicing 3-4hr/day of having your prostate as the object of meditation,to be able to experience orgasms without owning the aneros first.Do nothing approaches are ideal,only once you have a strong attention developed,the strong attention combined with long relaxation drills should make achieving prostate orgasms pretty consistent,less of a random event.
@Briii I really like the idea of a study group trying to build aless sensations. After all not everyone's budget permits buying lots of expensive 'toys', might be some lurkers still thinking about buying one that could try this now. Whoever succeeded would almost certainly have less of a learning curve once they tried an Aneros.
Even with a large amount of dedicated time every day, achieving prostate orgasms in a month of meditation is very optimistic. (Frankly I'm amazed how quickly @Ananewb-Wow got results, fair play m8!)
Should state here.... I think that the MAIN benefit of using an Aeros is that it helps you learn how to have a different kind of orgasm FASTER. Not that it drasticly improves prostate/full-body orgasms once you've already learnt to have them without something up your butt. The term "Tantric Training Wheels" comes to mind.
That expediency is particularly valuble to someone like me who is a slow learner.

I started my Aneros journey in early June 2012 and doing the Kegel Exercises a month later. However I composed my Kegel regime in the middle of August 2016 when I did them on a city bus. A month later, middle September 2016, I a major Super-O and MMO's breakthrough! ;)

With 4hr/day of dedicated concentration practice having the prostate as an object of meditation, then after finishing the meditation following with 30-45minute continuous relaxation drills(relaxing also on the inhale not only on the exhale) while your attention is on the prostate(relaxation drill should be done while lying down in bed or on a yoga mat)...in a month is not at all that difficult,but I doubt anyone will spend 4hr and 30 minutes per day for a month to do it consistently.With doing it for 2hr and 30 minutes...you'll probably need a month and a half or 2 months. and if only 1 hr and 30 minutes....probably 3 months.
Big Draw in taoism incorporates the principles of overtensing("concentrating")+ complete relaxation afterwards,but it doesn't really work on people unless they have a certain level of sensitivity they've build up thru meditation or long qigong sessions.
Big draw is explained in youtube videos for those who don't know what that is.
While I gave the example of the Big Draw,it was more to illustrate a picture in mind of the two components of effective energy control,in meditation the equivalent of muscle tension is concentration, people should not tense their muscles(even superficially) while doing the concentration practice,that actually is not helpful or beneficial to the body.
Concentration practice increases energy in the area you're focusing at and also helps increase your attention's energetic effects over time if focused on a small area of your body, and the separate session of relaxation basically gives the opportunity so that all that energy you've build up in 4hr to "flow" in that area and to spread in the rest of the body.

Been using my Aneros for about 2 months now which has clearly awakened my prostate.
Over the past 2 weeks I've been adamantly doing kegals while driving (not the safest place I know). The pleasure is outstanding ... While I've yet to actually reach a point of ejaculation, I'm definitely attaining mini little orgasms which feel great. I've noticed everytime I drive over a bumpy patch in the road the sensations rise.
Perhaps it's cause I'm more in tune with my prostate than ever before but I'm not confident that I'd have achieved such short term Aless success had I not started using my Aneros.
In my opinion, it was the catalyst that got me to this point....
@Briii It sounds like you're knowledgeable, and have had fast, powerful responses with that technique. I'll be reading lots more about it tonight as it sounds intriguing.
My point isn't that most people can't spare the time (though that's also a factor). It's that people are different! What works for one person, may not work as quickly for another.
Again, I like the idea of a group of people supporting each other, learning to build aless sensations. Many people already practice focused relaxaton and meditation in tandem with their aneros use to great benefit. So even without reaching a prostate orgasm it would have been time well spent. Laying the groundwork.

Wow! I'm happy to know that there are others getting A-less mini orgasms as well! I've only been getting mine for a week, but it's been like my prostate is vibrating and humming constantly, and I'm just along for the orgasmic ride. It happened after I really laid down for a hour with my helix (and then progasm) and listened to relaxing music, focusing on my core and doing kegels. Its like a perpetual warm feeling that radiates up from my perineum and into my center, up through my nipples and back down. If I focus on flowing my chi in small circles through my tan-tien (center, right under the belly button) , I can spread the orgasmic feeling around.
