Members button what is it for?

Clicked on the members button, to send a message. Said " You do not have permission to view this page". Is this normal? Or does ome have to pm from a post in the forum? Sorry computer dumb.

@Tbob, I believe this is a step the Administrators took to help protect members privacy/identity as some members had entered their email addresses as membership names. If you want to send a private message to another member click on the My Profile button and then on the Messages button to open up your messaging dialogue page.

@rumel Thanks Rumel, Funny it was you I was trying to contact. Ilost my internet as we we conversing in chat. Didn't want you to think I hung up , so to speak.
