Love the Vice but

Bought the Vice about a year ago and must say I really love the thing. I have gotten much better with it, but just one thing is holding me back in my orgasms now, the shape. With it inserted all the way I get mild contractions and what not but will it half out so only the tip is in I get full blown contractions and orgasms. The only thing about that is usually right when i'm about to orgasm I get too hard of contractions and push the thing out. I think I just need a little more girth and/or pressure that the tip supplies. So my question is does anyone know of a product that maybe is a either a little bigger or more projected in the middle of the toy, vibrating would be a big plus. Thank you.
