I drove home today after shopping, as before. When I was walking towards my apartment, I suddenly felt a really strong need to pee. On the way to the door, I felt how a drop had already dripped onto my pants. As soon as I got inside, I quickly rushed to the bathroom, but the pee started coming straight on my pants and on the other shoe, it felt like my bladder was completely empty. So I had lost control of my sphincters. I asked aneros at the beginning of my trip if I could lose control;
Now it came true, I hope I won't have a lifelong big problem with this.

You should see your doctor about this as it seems like a sudden change and IMO unlikely to be linked to sexual activity.
