Looking for best model for me

Helix Trident was my first. Never had issues with it "popping" out. It may slide out a little now and then.

I went from it to a Progasm Black Ice.

I don't know how they did it but the HST inserts like a dream if your new at this and stays put kinda like its locked in place which is nice when your thrusting with intercourse.Oh and by the way it feelso FREEEGEN AMAZING:p.

@Anerosaddict, surprisingly the larger models are more prone to popping out than the smaller models, so I'd recommend the Helix SYN Trident as an excellent first model but you might want to also check out the thread The "Best" Aneros model is ...

I would echo the recommendations for the Helix Syn Trident. I've never had a problem with it coming out unexpectedly (did some work outside with it in just yesterday, no problems there) and I can certainly feel the pressure better than the MGX. The HST is a very refined design.
