Long term muscle quaking/spasms outside of sessions?

I am a couple weeks removed from my last session, thinking about having another soon. Today my upper right thigh near my ass started quaking, and has been doing so for almost 3 hours. I was thinking, could this be related to Aneros? Anyone have this happen to them, and is it a bad thing or a good thing?
