Topic starter  

Anyone else having trouble staying logged in when posting replies or starting threads?

Aneros Support....I am doing nothing different...just logging in as per usual, get the "thanks for logging in" message, yet when trying to post a reply, the forum says I'm not logged in.

Help?

AnerosMe will not hold the log-in if you do therein the last couple of days, and yet click to the Forum or Blog and you ARE already logged-in there. Yet try logging at the Blog page and it doesn't hold either. Haven't tried today. I just get to the Forum and log in normally here with the "thanks for logging in".

Last couple of days of Open Chat, the chat room was more unstable than usual, with History working well for awhile and then disappearing entirely.

Interesting that in this post and the one in Abtima's first thread, the application of the graphic options like bold and italics are now immediately applied in the Edit window. Nice! WYSIWYG again! Thanks for this.

I would like to add my voice to the posts above.

To enable me to post this response, I have had to log in three times, and only when I had ticked the box "remember me" did it allow me to get this far.

I'm not even sure whether this post will get through. Most frustrating!

And I haven't had anything like that to post this reply 🙂 Whatever the problem is it is either intermittent or is fixed. (You could have hit the nail on the head when you talk about the "remember me" box though - I always have it ticked).

I'm still having the same login problems that I had two days ago that everyone is experiencing. Although yesterday it worked fine. It's taken several logins to post this message. 🙁

Guys,

I had noticed some timing out issues last week, where I had previously logged in and had started to post comments in a thread. Along the way I had to answer a phone call that took some time. I came back to finish the post but when I attempted to enter it I found that I had been logged out. I sent a message to support about this and I haven't experienced it since. Is anyone still having this problem?

I have had to log in 3 times in the last 10 minutes. There is a bug somewhere. I reported it in the feedback feature.

Make that 4 times....I had to log in AGAIN to post this reply.

Again, me too!!

Using Safari, in the first three minutes on site I logged in and got the acknowledgement screen, got to Settings and when I clicked for the next page, instead got a "You are not logged in" page, logged in again, acknowledged again, get to first page, click for next one, again YANLI, again again... Close Safari, open Opera, now YANLI flashes for a second at every click, BUTT we hang ON and remain "logged in", if somewhat fitfully...

had problems with FF3 and Windows this afternoon. Kept receiving a blank page after prompted login. Now, login seems stable. FF3/Linux 2.6.x

Logged into forum, checked 'remember me,' switched to personal messages, switched back to forum, posted this test, switched back to personal messages, switched back for forum, edited this message all without a login error.

Something is still wrong. Login to Forum isn't extending to Blogs or Chat. General performance of site seems 'sluggish.' Would not call it a "dog." More of a Carabao -- water buffalo slogging thru a rice paddy.

Clicked over to my Anerosme profile and it required me to log in after I was already logged in here. That's alright, I guess, I tried to log in again over there and it would not let me in either way.
