I found this video very interesting and a fantastic way to see which muscles are where. Highly recommended !

Very informative! I never realized that the Cowpers are so close to the surface. Maybe that's why, along with luck, I'm blessed to excrete great qualities of pre-cum with the P-tab pressing on them.

@reddog152

I did not know either, and I looked at a ton of anatomy drawings. To me this is a much clearer format.

If you haven't seen it already,  search for "Androdynamics" in YouTube.

Nice find, @zentai .  My personal high points-

This video is a two-fer: pelvic and penile anatomy.  Recommended viewing, even if you’re somewhat familiar: you’ll gain from the unique presentation of the material and better get some of our forum posts where some of the gang, including @helghast, calls out muscles with shorthand.  On the other hand, if you’re not familiar with this bodily region, grab an apple for the teacher, you’re about to be schooled.  It’s practical knowledge- and not only for med students:

If one can map actualization of bodily control of superficial and deep muscles, and understanding onto 3D, I think he/she can be in a good place to explore Aless, even if this is but one piece of that minor miracle.  0:40, 10:00, 10:50 are good for that.  1:20 I wish he did go into the subsets (sub-strands?) of the PC, but it was out of scope.  This I say because of what I feel the puboprostaticus/levator prostatae contributes to Aless or Mindgasm- style pleasurable feelings.  With a swoop of his scalpel as he says “puboprostaticus”, he visually alludes to the LP looping around the posterior prostate.

Other things I observed/reminded of:

Not only are these heroic muscles great for sex and continence but the lot of them keep our guts from falling down and out.

9:00 If I have this right, both clit and penis have crus (“legs”), extending like a wishbone within the body.  The male “ischio” muscles cover these.  10:00 The “bulbo” and “ischio” became more understood; the latter squeezing the erectile crus to get urine/emissions out.

@reddog152 thanks for Androdynamics although I wasn’t visiualizing it so clearly on my first and only viewing so far.

The things these videos don’t cover is how to command muscles that are even more autonomous than the more everyday muscles like in the legs,arms and core etc. Also,how anchoring tension in them adds to the performance of the muscles,and the pleasure they can generate.

A helpful method is visualisation. An example of this is the ‘secret muscle’ that comes up now and again. Visualising gently and gingerly sucking air through my urethra is how I activate it on my back. Standing would be trying to get my glans to reach up and strain slightly to make it an extra couple of millimetres to get something that’s just beyond reach.

There everything including arcs, pendulums,sucking,pushing,pulling,dragging,reaching,letters,pictures.

Gotta visualise the win 🙂

Yes, that's an important part. I believe a weak pelvic floor is probably always straining and tensing, while a stronger one would be more relaxed because it works less. This in turn will have an impact on Aneros sessions. Everything is connected.

It's a little hard to make out specific structures but you can definitely make out the wonderful swelling of the urethral bulb and that magical orchestration of the .8 of a second pulsating.

@zentai Thank you so much for sharing this very informative video!

Perhaps somebody already shared the following (somewhere on this forum, I could not remember), but I guess it will not hurt if we show them again.

I have little knowledge about anatomy, but I like 3D animations, which I wish my PE or Biology teachers would have shown me when I was in high school.

Haha!

@gulliver-plus, Thanks for providing those links. I've gone ahead and added them to the Aneros WIKI so they won't become lost here in the thread queue as it moves along, (please see Basic Anatomy).

Good Vibes to You!

@rumel Thank you!

I tried to remember the brothers who posted these videos first, but so far, I got lost. I am sure I learned the very existence of these videos from other brothers of this forum! Many thanks!

This one is also interesting 3D animation I wish I knew when I was in high school.

Sorry! I was carried away by 3D animations.

The original @zentai focus is the lovely PERINEUM
