Once in while when having aneros session my legs start to shake but today I started my session with watching some porn and it seems the excitement or arousal made my legs shake again with my penis flaccid. So what does this mean and I have not yet experience what some people call P-waves yet in lower belly or pelvic region, but I can experience involuntary contractions? So how far do you think I am in my journey and how do I keep my body shaking without stopping it?

And what is best way to start your aneros session without watching porn to get aroused?

I believe P-wave are an interpretation of nerve feedback. Because you don't feel it, or don't interpret it as pleasurable doesn't mean it won't have the effect it would. When you are indoor and the wind blow, you can't feel it, yet it is still blowing. Now I wouldn't worry to much about p-wave, I have some awesome orgasm and never really felt a wave of some kind. How we interpret things is depend on the individual (or so I dare guess, I'm no doctor).
I personally feel more of a constantly radiating pleasure.

Pay close attention to what is happening, don't mind the twitching. I your body want to stop shaking why not let it stop ? At pleasure peak every involuntary stop for me.
How far you are is for you to decide.

As you go further into your journey your body will GET pleasure, and thinking about it will be enough to get you started. You can also love yourself, or use you imagination, make porn in your mind.
