Leg Shakes Now What?

I can successfully get my legs to shake uncontrollably but can't transfer it to my prostate. What should I focus on next? Laying on my back method.

Focus on what you have now, not on what is coming next. Keep expectations low. Hoping for something and not getting will discourage you. My thoughts.

Excellent! Let it happen! In time, and with patience, you will experience new things...let them happen as well, and when you feel like it, try different positions, and different PC contractions...take your time, it's not a race! Have fun!

The more I enjoy this, the more I'm convinced that you have to learn to RELAX INTO IT! Enjoy the shaking but at the same time try and relax into it and you will find a new path will open. I have used relaxation mp3's and I still find myself "tensing" Just keep trying to relax and enjoy the feelings, let them come to you, don't chase them! All of the advise on this forum is great but relaxing "IN TO THE FEELINGS" is the most important in my opinion. It amazes me how much tension we can have and not even be aware of it, try deep exhaling as you relax into the pleasure.

If you can control the shakes, that is a good thing. The shakes are a good sign that you are progressing but, can get in the way of progress. If you haven't figured out how to manage them, I have found that relaxing your legs and glutes helps to settle them. Tighten any of those muscles, and away you go! As has been suggested, relaxation of the mind and muscles is the next step.
