Leave Aneros in Overnight?

I never know exactly what nights my wife will want sex so I go to bed with the Eupho in me (silicone lube). If we do have sex, I leave it in during and after. Either way, it's great to wake up in the morning with dry-Os, though they are not all that dry, really. Other mornings my wife wants sex and I'm ready to play. BTW, this method doesn't work for me with the Helix because it would wake me up every 2 hours all night long.

I've left my Eupho in overnight a couple times and actually it was very comfortable. I awaken the next morning with some fun tingly feelings inside, but nothing orgasmic. My O's come during evening sessions after I've first relaxed with it in 5 or so minutes.

The only model I have left in overnight is the 20mm Peridise. That I have done quite a few times. Tried leaving the Tempo in overnight last night (for the first time), but it kept waking me up. In fact it really wouldn't let me go to sleep!

The only other model to stay in beyond about four hours has been the Eupho. It is very nice to wake up in the middle of the night feeling that you want to have a little play for half an hour or so, but I always remove it after that. (Usually need to empty my bladder by then)! The result is then to have some beautiful echo effects in the morning.

As for other models, they are generally too heavy or become uncomfortable after about four hours (even using Shea Butter as the lube).

BTW, HIH, as I understand it, designed the Peristal models (Peridise), to be used overnight!

It is the peridise models that I have tried too overnight, almost by accident. When I was experimenting with grape seed oil as a lube last last fall, I had wonderful sessions with various peridise models and fell asleep in floating bliss, only to wake up the next morning with warm pulsations and wonderful after/echo effects too.

You men have really got me thinking about trying this with EUPHO now!!!

Ha nice one 🙂 guys yeah I have always been interested in this i think my next purchace when I get more compitent will be the Eupho probs have heard some goo things and useful ways to use it 🙂 also in terms of lube Im happy with the id glide stuff but what the best lub to use as I have heard of silicone based lubes ect are good, so far just looking I see 3 good choices the id glide millenium, wet, and sliquid silver luxury all seem good choices the wet stuff is glycerin fee unlike id let me know guys 🙂

I am not a proponent of leaving the aneros in overnight. i had a colonoscopy and they found significant irritation in my rectal tissue, and had to do a biopsy. i don't know if it was caused by inserting things in there, but it seems a likely candidate. i had no idea about it until it was seen on the scope. it seems to me that leaving an aneros in overnight is a very extended time period, and particularly a time when the body should be busy healing itself. if there were a possibility of problems with that tissue, this would likely increase it.

my point is that the tissue in there is potentially sensitive, and is not something you want to mess up.

I agree with you completely about health being the number one priority. It's important to carefully monitor the healthiness of all parts of one's body.

That said, my experience with extended, very well-lubed use of the Eupho has been that it apparently assisted in curing the hemorrhoids that plagued me for years. I can't think of any other explanation for why they're totally gone after 4 months of Aneros use; nothing else has changed. And my prostate, which was enlarged, is back to within normal size range. Sure, all of that could have been driven by positive mental attitude alone, but I credit Aneros with most of the improvements.

And I very much agree with you and ten_s_nut that health is the first priority indeed! When I get through my current health challenges, a colonoscopy is in my near future too; the first since beginning with Aneros four years ago. I will tell the docs beforehand about my prostate massage practice and ask that they check my rectum with care. Like you ten_s_nut, I have had measurable benefits from the prostate massage for my BPH and as a prophylactic for prostatitis.

Thanks for all of the great replies. I'm still working on resolving some hemorrhoid issues myself, I have one internal one that has prolapsed and come outside. My colon rectal doctor put my on suppositories for 21 days and it shrunk it down by about half but still outside. I have a follow up to see if she thinks it should be banded to be removed. I've had this done before and I'm not sure I want to do it again to be honest. I only use my Aneros about once a week for the last four months so maybe I'm not seeing the benefits to my hemorrhoids. I was thinking leaving the Helix or MGX in overnight after sex might have helped. Oh well. Thanks again guys for all of the input.

I have both MGX and Progasm models and am in the midst of a long-term rewiring. I always leave them in overnight. I only begin experiencing P-Waves after a couple of hours, and often that means after rolling over to go to sleep. As others have said, I often awaken to these pleasant sensations in the middle of the night, or upon waking in the a.m. Still haven't experienced a Super O, however.

I don't intentionelly sleep with my massager, but i have kinda developed some kinda problem, the massager works like a sleeping pill for me, so everytime i insert one, i will almost on all occations fall asleep (counting several dozens of times), but when i wake up i sometimes have heart rushing and other nice effects...

am i the only one with this problem? =)

It looks line the line of Peristal Hemorrhoid Massage Devices is the same exact thing as the Aneros Peridise. It mentions that they don't work for Stage 3 and 4 hemorrhoids, but the posts in the forum seems to contradict that. I'm wondering if I should try them out though I was thinking of getting the Tempo earlier. Any thoughts on this?

Your own careful experiments with your Peridise models and Tempo will likely give you the best opportunities to find the optimum therapy benefits for your situation. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. I recently put this experience in my testimonial. My 2nd time ever using the aneros MGX I had a 2 hour exercise session b4 i decided to finish with a traditional o. I ended up passing out before finishing. I woke up sometime later exploding all over myself and then passing out again. Woke up the next morning energetic and happy, but taking out the MGX was kinda rough. A small hemorrhoid flared up, but with some cream it went away fast. I guess from now on there is no such thing as too much lube, especially knowing I might fall asleep with it in, comfortably i might add.

About having enough lube to get through the night... Water-based lubes don't do it for me. It seems no matter how much I use it dries out before dawn. Olive oil clumped up even if I injected over 5cc of it. The only thing I've found that lasts 7 hours is Astroglide X silicone; just a coating on the Eupho does the job.

Slippery Stuff Gel lasts overnight for me; there's still plenty left to push out after an overnighter.

However, to keep things mobile, put a little Vaseline near the base end of the Aneros to keep it slippery in the open air between the cheeks.

I use Shea Butter from Whole Foods. Amazing stuff, never clumps or dries, and leaves everything it touches soft and smooth.

I leave my sgx in overnight a lot, have not left the progasm in overnight yet! Dreaming of it too!

I think I have found the perfect tool for all-night capers!

Tried the Tempo again last night and it worked wonderfully. I had consumed a glass or two of wine during the evening (I usually recommend 'No Alcohol') and fell asleep almost as soon as I had gone to bed. A couple of hours later I awoke to the great feeling of the Tempo in place and began having anal orgasms immediately. After an hour or so of play, I fell asleep again but did wake a few times more. Every time I was able to enjoy what the Tempo was prepared to deliver and I don't think I have felt as horny as this for years! It was all I could do to resist the temptation to finish it off with regular masturbation but I did manage to resist. Result is that now, several hours later, I am still feeling echo effects. The next test will be to resist having another go tonight!

In case you are wondering, I use unrefined shea butter (about a 10ml plug) and that lasted all night. I have to say that the polished SS finish of the Tempo seems to be the key. It is a really classy piece of gear and I love it!

Think I might save it for special occasions though as I would be reluctant to put the Eupho aside!

I've done it several times with the Progasm, and I've found that it stops you up and makes you irregular for a day or so afterward, even if you douche beforehand.

I have had quite a few all-night sessions, nearly always with the 20mm Peridise. Never had a problem with BMs afterwards and happy to report no problems today either LOL!

Hello, all.

Having recently purchased an Aneros Vice, I decided to try leaving it in overnight as I do with the Eupho.

Knowing that lube would be an issue and that silicone was a no-no, I bought Astroglide Natural and used a lot of that over a thin coating of Vaseline. In terms of pleasure, the experiment was a success; many dry-Os and one super. In terms of getting enough sleep, the experiment was a total failure. The Vice woke me up about every 2 hours. At those points, I turned on the vibe and blissed out, then turned off the vibe and went back to sleep. Two hours later...

In the morning, the Vice slid out without sticking or discomfort. No sore spots and plenty of nice after effects.

Conclusion: while sleeping with the Vice was enjoyable, it was not restful. I will not be repeating this experience. Back to the Eupho for nightly use.

UPDATE

Last night was my third session with Vice. I used Vaseline covered with olive oil as the lube system. Accidentally, I fell asleep with Vice inside. It did not wake me up until 5 AM, and after sex with my wife it was easy to remove. So, I've changed my mind about overnighters with Vice. It's good to go the distance.
