Lack of involuntaries

I've been using aneros for 3 years and I've not achieved anything that wowed me. No super O, only in very rare occasions I get something that I'm not sure what it is, I will explain.

The best I can get happens very rarely (I got it yesterday and didn't have it for almost year!) and I'm not sure if it even ranks as a dry-o.
Basically I feel pleasure from my prostate and enter a very pleasure state where the aneros irregularly and slowly pounds my prostate, giving me pleasure, but this happens slowly, and I can't even tell if the movement happens involuntarily or if it happens because I want it happen as it feels good. It's not a rhythmic combination of muscle spasming like I get from traditional orgasms, it feels like it's only the motion to push the aneros against the prostate that is happening.
It's for sure less pleasurable than a traditional orgasm so I'm not sure it's a proper dry-o, although it may be a weak kind of dry-o, or a mini-o or a p-wave (I really don't know what these are).

I use the do nothing approach and my sexual desire is extremely low (in the last 2 years I'm even taking anti-depression pills so it may even make it worse). I don't like to use "active" aneros sessions because I just want to relax and let things happen to me. But in general nothing happens at all.

One thing I note from other people descriptions are "involuntaries", which I guess have the "motion climax" with the "auto-fuck". The thing is that I NEVER had anything like that. My butt doesn't move, and I only feel the pc muscle moving when I feel some pleasure and get an erection.
Like I mentioned above, when I'm lucky to feel nice pleasure aneros moves up to the prostate and back, but at an irregular rhythm, and like I told you I'm not sure if it's me not resisting the pleasure and ordering the next movement to happen. It's really hard to explain.

The only thing I call involuntary is what I get sometimes, and it is extremely rare. It is a single weak muscle spasm in the sphincter (not sure where exactly) that I know it's involuntary and that is not followed by any pleasure. It just happens and is not followed by anything else.

Take not that to reach any pleasure from the prostate I need hours. It's not half an hour or so, and the really good stuff happens after 3 hours or more. Sometimes I get HFWO (I have premature ejaculation) and I also think there's a problem there, I ejaculate too easily.
Also I've heard locating and putting the p-tab in the sweet spot is essential, but I have no idea where my sweet spot is. My perineum feels all the same to me.
Some people refer they have muscle spasms similar to traditional orgasms when they're dry-oing and most of the people mention the auto-fuck. I've yet to feel any of that.

I'm frustrated with aneros because in 3 years I've yet to achieve something that compares to traditional orgasm. Everything is fainter and nothing has wow-ed me. I'm sure I'm missing a lot of fun but I don't know what to do. And anyway it would happen to me so it is be nothing I can work for.
I think this lack of involuntaries is something very odd and that in general my body is not reacting like it should.

You didn't say which model of Aneros you are using. I have three: helix, eupho and progasm jr. Each one is different in "feel" and response. Also, don't get so hung up on timing. If you feel something building up at the 3 hour mark, keep at it if you can. Usually your body tells you when you've had enough. Good luck!

Oh, I have pretty much all models. Recently I've been using more helix syn as it kinda is the "beginners" model, so I have more hope on it working something.

Hey @RSilva,

I wouldn't bother so much about involuntaries or auto-fucks. They can be indicators that something is happening, but their absence doesn't tell you anything. A motion climax is not the goal, although it sometimes happens this way. A climax of nerval excitation is the goal.

From what you told, it seems that you still struggle to rewire your hotspots. The generating of sensations is not the problem here, the brains ability to recognize the stimulation as something arousing is. So, what you need is to get in touch with your nervous system. What helped me most was a consequent kegel workout over the course of 2-3 months. The purpose is not to tone your muscles, but to gain precise control over them. Controling muscles is one of the nervous systems duties. By learning new muscle movements, your pelvic nervous cluster gets stimulated and literally wakes up. Plus, your muscles are innerverated by sensory nerves too, which wake up as well. So you will be able to feel more.

You wrote, that you never experienced pleasure waves or are at least not sure about this. For getting in touch with these, the fastest and best way is (imho) KSMO. If you haven't tried it so far, consider to give it a shot. Compared to anerosing, it's pretty foolproof. There is still a learning curve of course, but you'll get your first reassuring results pretty early (at least I did). It really helped me to understand how pleasure waves feel and thus what they are and how to induce them.

Last but not least: mind games. Your brain is your biggest sexual organ, don't underestimate the power of sexy thoughts. The kinkier, the better (as long as it turns you on ofc). Also a valid option: good porn. Many users stated that they get distracted by that but others find it very helpful (including me). I would recommend though, that it's some kind of porn that you can immerse into. So for me it's mostly amateur anal porn, because it helps me to link what I see with what I feel. In other words, I immerse myself into the receiving part.

3 years is a long time and I understand that you are frustrated by now. Maybe it helps you to know that my breakthrough came after 5 (long) years. Today, I am very happy that I never gave up and you will feel the same way too. If you like, give me a short feedback, what you think of my suggestions or if you already tried some these.

Cheers, Unfug

I'm curious about KSMO since I read about it, and I'll try it when I have money, so in some months I should get it. I really don't know how it will work out since right now I don't fully understand what it is about.
A problem is that I'm very rational and people have tried to teach me about the energies and stuff but I really don't know where to start since I don't feel anything and I am not very much into that "alternative" way of thinking.
