Anyone ever do this?
During a session, get in the classic fetal position with your legs bent and sides of knees touching. Then describe circles with your knees, one against the other, slowly, feeling how it creates imbalance in your pelvic region.
Has worked wonders for me since the beginning of my journey!
YES
Also when on my back knees up feet flat, I usually let my knees come together gently, sometimes rub them together in circles. MMmmm
Also, most amazing and productive variant.
On my side knees bent 90deg, like your position. Raise top knee vertical for a few seconds, then slowly lower that knee. When I get halfway down (or a bit more), the imbalance starts my legs start intense jerking spasms. Keep upper leg slightly elevated keeps it going....
Sooo sweet
Repeat.....
Cheers
Thanks guys; your descriptions trigger neural memories of doing similar. Now having some great Aless time reading your successes!
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
How strange, I just experienced this for the first time TODAY!
I came on here hoping to find a post describing something similar.
I was knees bent, feet on bed, just slowly flapping my legs as if they were really sluggish wings. Occasionally I’d bring them together tighter which would be a nice intensity adjustment. Worth noting, I did actually ejaculate at the end of that one. I have that problem pretty frequently though, not quite sure it was related to the knees.
I found this and wrote about it last year. It’s how I reached my first Super O 🙂

I did this today and it worked really well! I would flap my legs while holding a light contraction and the flapping was causing involuntary contractions.
