I don't know if I'm the only one that experiences this but do some of you find that you have to kickstart your prostate?
What i mean by that is, say you haven't had a session in a while, i find that i need to have a sort of re introductory session to get the prostate awake (sometimes i find it wakes up in due course, or takes a little longer and i can continue in session) and then the next session, i.e. the next day or day(s) are the session where i have success.
Is this something some of you identify with?
Or is it a case of having to get your nervous system back into the right mode (where it can tune into the 'signals' better)? maybe a bit of both.

That is a better way of wording it for sure! Yes i feel this exactly. I think that long breaks as some here recommend for us is a bad idea, this is why i feel you and I are not fully rewired yet, in spite of our orgasmic success would lead us to believe.

Not sure about this rewiring thing, I'm thinking of it more like training which probably goes on for years, and the more practice you put in the better you get a bit like playing a musical instrument. I'm definitely just starting on the learning curve.
There is probably some merit to breaks , depends on why you are having one.
'Rewiring' is a loose term, i don't mean it in the sense of being able to feel response from the prostate, i call that simply 'awakening'. What i mean is when we are fully rewired you will get what we call 'good' sessions EVERY session.
Use the word 'training', sure but it amounts to the same thing.
The more we have sessions, eventually the more we can identify and the more we can get consistency which is what we both lack.
OK same terminology. Just hope I do get fully rewired, it's going to take a lot of practice. I like the instrument analogy - it feels like trying to get something to resonate at just the right pitch consistently, but then maybe it sort of just plays itself if you get it right.
What we can assure ourselves of is that with practice comes mastery. So one day we won't be moaning but rather advising others that will be in our positions.
