I'm almost a year into the aneros and the same age as you. Same masterbation schedule as you and can come two times a day when conditions are right. After a year of use, maybe two to three times per week, some wonderful sessions and many duds, I can say my ejaculate has increased substantially. So if that's your problem, it should be solved soon.
