It dawned on me this morning that, in between all of our erections and prostate orgasms, all of this activity ultimately takes place in our brains! Yes, I feel it in my groin, but it really is in my head! Mind-boggling! Is the male sexual response just a figment of our imagination?
I don't think that it is a "figment of your imagination", but they do say that your chief sex organ is your brain.
I've come to the same conclusion recently. I haven't had any powerful orgasms yet, just some pleasant sensations, but I am new to this so it's expected. The less I worry about the physical part, the more success I have. At first I was too obsessed about not being able to purchase an aneros but still wanting to experience prostate orgasms. Now I believe that while the aneros is a nice tool to make the journey more enjoyable and possibly shorter, in the end it's not necessary. My sessions now involves me just laying down in my bed, being completely relaxed, and observing and enjoying every pleasant sensation my brain decides to reward me with. Not even doing any muscle contractions intentionally. In today's session I believe I had some p-waves which spontaneously made me moan quietly (I'm still not quite sure what a p-wave is). Seems like what I am doing works.
