Having read many fascinating accounts here of guys' experiences, I wanted to share my own, and ask some questions of you experienced pleasure-seekers to help me along the road.

Here's my story so far. I'm in my mid 50s, straight and very happily married. I heard of the aneros through a sex toys website and checked out this forum - wow! I wanted some of these thrilling new pleasures! I bought the MGX and followed Mr Mayfield's very helpful guidelines for newbies. After the first couple of sessions getting used to the aneros, I could find some pleasurable feelings by contracting my PC and anal muscles and focusing on the pleasurable feelings. Gradually, as I got used to the sensations, I got more fun from the deliberate contractions. I found I could get involuntary contractions and movements going by squeezing my knees together and then releasing them on a rapid breath out. While it produced quite strong and pleasurable contractions, it also felt like hard work, as if the aneros wasn't making contact with the right spot. I tried adjusting the tab position, using more lube and various ways of lying, breathing and other tips from you guys. But while I enjoyed every session, I felt I wasn't getting any closer to what I'd read about and was getting a bit disheartened. One evening I was trying some contractions, without the aneros in place, and found I was feeling much the same sensations as with it - I could get some contractions going and felt gentle sensations of pleasure when the contraction was firm but not max, and which I found I could increase by focusing, (trying to remember to breathe as the experts suggest, but I'm not very good at breathing technique). After a couple of hour sessions of learning how to increase and sustain the pleasure I began getting gentle then stronger waves of pleasure centred on my anus and flowing out into my inner thighs. Once I got to this stage, the pleasure waves started up without more than a little movement of my thighs and continued for a couple of minutes. I felt I was definitely in a new 'zone' and what a gorgeous zone it was! I was amazed, that I was having these totally new and delightful feelings, the more so because I didn't have the aneros in. I guess using it had taught me how to feel the beginnings of the sensations and how to focus on them to build them up, and maybe 'rewired' me as I've read it described, but now I definitely get on better without that amazing device. At the moment I can only get things to work for me lying on my back with knees bent, feet on the floor, and it's essential to tense the thigh muscles gently and rhythmically with the
breathing and maintain a gentle contraction of the anal muscles.

Is this so ordinary no one has written about it, or unusual? I've read most of the recent stuff here but haven't heard of anyone experiencing their fun in the same way as I do. I hope one day to reach the great heights of pleasure that some of you have but if I travel the aneros-free road will I have as good a chance of reaching the Super-O? But meantime it's been thrilling to discover that there's a whole new world of pleasure out there.

Kando,

Welcome to the Forum,

Many members have given descriptions of experiencing Aneros like effects in absence of the Aneros – see BF Mayfield’s “IS ANEROS THE ONLY WAY TO FLY?” in his thread “B’s Keys to the Backdoor” ( http://aneros.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=767 ). I would opine this is not an unusual effect but it is certainly not ordinary either. As you have indicated this ability is probably a direct effect of having “awakened” your prostate through Aneros usage/training – the “rewiring” effect.

There is also a large community of devotees to KSMO who are able to achieve multi-orgasmic status without using Aneros devices, but many members have also combined the two learning processes to enable enhanced pleasure sessions.

Since this is a forum dedicated to learning about using the Aneros massagers, it should be considered normal for discussion to be focused upon use WITH the Aneros and not use without it.
I’m glad that you have progressed to the point of being able to pleasure yourself sans Aneros, a worthy goal for the rest of us.

Yes, as I discovered five years ago - just when I thought my libido had gone bust!

Good luck,
