Is there an actual climax at the end of each prostate orgasm?

I'm having all these exquisite waves of pleasure that seem to radiate from my prostate but do people also get a climax at the end of each wave?
I'm not referring to a penile ejaculation as all this seems to take place internally.
Could anyone describe their prostate orgasm?

@JohnHope here is what I feel and the order it arrives (usually).
1) tingling/building pressure deep inside (I'm pretty sure this is at the prostate) - usually as the result of involuntaries, but not always.
2) anal muscles tighten and pull the Aneros in
3) abdominal muscles "tighten" and I half curl up from it - also pressure on perenium
4) waves of pleasure at a level high enough to that makes me moan - involuntaries at full speed
5) usually some abdominal, sometimes full body trembling.
6) At maximum tension, there is 9 or 10 quick and rapid "clamping" (or pumping) sensations as if I was cumming (but I don't)
7) sudden relaxation (clamping stops, abdominals relax), mild calm / relaxation as I catch my breath and "warmth" cascades over me

Sometimes events 1-7 only happens once per session, sometimes 15-20 cycles. Sometimes it takes some extra steps to get the cycles started sometimes I'm barely in bed after insertion before it starts happening.

Anyway, If I had to identify a "climax/orgasm" moment it is event 6. This sensation (for me) is better than ejaculation - I can be happy with never having sex again with this sensation - seriously). This leaves me glowing and feeling immensely satisfied.

Based on reading other posts I'm trying nowadays to relax as much as possible during event 3 to ensure the prostate is in control, because otherwise it seems like I can sometimes "encourage" it to happen or "take over" - posts by more experienced members seem to indicate there is more sensation to be had by doing just that - but I can't say for sure as I'm not there yet.

Hi HereByAccident, thanks for your quick and detailed reply. Alot of those steps I can identify with.

My Helix Syn was delivered on Friday and I've had a couple of sessions with it.

Within 10 to 15 minutes things started to happen so I suppose I'm pretty lucky as some have taken a lot longer to experience anything.

I think I need to practice a bit more just to see what will happen.

Sure, I don't mind sharing! I posted my "pre-flight" checklist in another post, but here it is again (cleaned up and improved a bit).

==PREP==
- Evacuate bowels 1 hr before
- Clear your schedule, have NO distractions and NO concerns**
- Make sure you are well rested (otherwise you risk losing focus or falling asleep)
- Charge your phone (prep a playlist - I find Drum & Base / electronic music works best for me - it makes my PC muscle throb)
- Eat food (a little, just so you have energy)
- Have a hot shower and a hot beverage (if it relaxes you) or a little water (really - a little otherwise you'll have to stop and pee)
- Sanitize device
- Be aroused / relaxed, que up playlist (I'm not always aroused, so I have to play fantasies in my head, I avoid porn for the damage it can do)
- Pee, stretch
- Apply Lube (I inject 5-6 ml of Astroglide)
- Insert Aneros (make sure tabs are in the right spot)
- Lay on side both legs bent (top leg more than lower (I like a body pillow for this or my wife)

I try to do all of those things, but I don't always. But, the more prep items I can accomplish, the better the session is (usually).

==TECHNIQUE==
- Have no expectations.
- Slowly breath in and out deeply for 2-3 minutes
- Continue rhythmic breathing and try any of the following (with the goal of getting involuntary contractions going):
--add a constant 25% Pelvic (stop pee muscle) contraction keep holding the contraction (an easy gentle held contraction like a taught rubber band or guitar string - if you can't do that try a less intense contraction)*
--sometimes I pulse it, maybe to the beat of the music
--sometimes I let it pulse by itself if the music is doing it for me
--sometimes I alternate between stop pee (PC) an stop fart (anal) contractions
--sometimes I hold the PC contraction while I pulse the anal muscles
NOTE: - the actual contraction pattern does not seem to matter for me, but the action of contraction does the following:
a) gets blood flowing
b) helps with arousal (sometimes that IS my arousal)...
c) contractions / Kegels also fatigue (a good thing in a session) the PC muscles so that they begin to flutter from the stress of use. "Flutter" is key to involuntary muscle spasms (a good thing for me)

- If I can get the involuntaries going, things (for me at least) begin to take off on their own... because that then pumps the Aneros into the prostrate (I think where the term autof***king comes from) and mine loves that and rewards me with orgasms.
- if you can't get the involuntaires going, then
a) listen (mentally search) for any twitch or sensation in your lower abdomen) if you find one mentally FOCUS on it - basically try to "feel" it more... tell your body to add to it and build on it (I think this has a REAL effect - see ideomotor skills), but don't physically try to add to it or build on it (until you can master finding it) - you might "squash it" if you physically try to enhance it
c) if you can't find a sensation try the occasional very slow pelvic tilts - back and forth a few times... for me that almost always sends all kinds of good sensations around down there.
d) You might also try a different position (for me on my side is most effective, but on my back helps me build arousal)

- If you need to pause and relax a bit - by all means RELAX (rest and "do nothing" for awhile - but
- lastly, if nothing is happening, pack it in and wait a few days. My sleep doctor once said, don't lay in bed frustrated if you can't sleep, it makes sleep stressful... I apply the same logic to lackluster session... if it isn't happening, I don't lay there and get frustrated, I move on and try again in a day or two.

* control over your PC muscese via Kegles are key for me... so you may want to begin doing daily Kegel exercises if you can't hold a contraction or if it takes a lot of effort to do so. I practice a Kegel routine 3x a day (thanks to an iOS app called "mK" (my Kegel) that reminds me to do it and helps me do it). Early on I could barely hold a squeeze, now I can "roll" one contraction into the other and almost flutter them myself - that may be overkill, but the better control you have I think the better chances you have.

** by no distractions and concerns I mean none! You don't want the "fear of being caught" or "frustration that nothing is working" or anything like that getting in the way. For example, my wife knows all about this so that I can do what I need to do when I need to do it.

So that's my PREP and TECHNIQUE. You also asked about which devices work for me (and this may be less helpful for you, but here goes):
-I've found smaller is better (because there is more room for motion - which is what works for me)
-Therefor (for me) EupoSyn works better than the HelixSyn. And the Peridise (smallest size) is EXCELLENT at reminding me what involuntaries feel like (it induces the same kind of sensation). And the Peridise (for me) just touches my prostate and can give me orgasms - This certainly not true for everybody and others will swear by the larger models - so this seems to be a matter of preference and what works for you.
-The Peridise is RAPIDLY becoming my favorite. When I want to stay stimulated but can't set aside time for an hour lie-down (I can have the Peridise in AND go about doing other things). If I had to do it all over again, I'd have purchased the Peridise first, then the EupoSyn and probably skip the HelixSyn - but again that's what works for me... others will have a different take on that, which I totally respect.

@HereByAccident thanks for that, most helpful! I forgot to ask one more thing;

is your penis erect when all this occurs? Sometimes i find a distraction but I also find that I need one to feel anything at all, only with an aneros as without I get aless orgasms all the time with zero erection.

also do you have successful seasons every time? Or just every so often?

@The_Fury when I have the Helix in place I have never had an erection in fact my penis feels strangely disconnected. Hopefully that will change as I have more sessions. I would like to experience a conventional orgasm with the device in place.

@JohnHope Hi! I don't know if this is an answer to your question, but I want to tell gladly my own experience.
Last weekend I tried Aneros for the very first time. Have bought the Helix Syn and the Eupho Syn and read a lot on this fantastic website about preparation and technique of total relaxation. I started with erotic hypnosis and breathing technique and than with the Helix inserted. Felt very relaxed and good but without arousal yet. Slowly started with Kegel exercises lying on my back and after a short while I felt the excitement rise very nice, very slowly and uncontrollable with a very hard erection and also a clear tingling prostate. @The_Fury generally no, I'm not erect... it does happen but that's more of an aside... as @JohnHope it is "strangely disconnected" (great description) I'm more concerned about my perenium being aroused (I know the two go hand in hand)

Am I successful every time? I look at this way... if anything felt good, that was success. If I attempt to frequent- then sessions are not as successful. Usually I've got at least one (dry) orgasm in me every session. My favorite sessions are the ones where I have 15 or so - but I try not to judge and be happy with what comes!

@JohnHope You brought up the million dollar question: what happens in our body when we have a prostate orgasm?! Used to be hard or impossible for me to pinpoint or explain, but this is mine (and @HereByAccident you have gone above and beyond for information and technique and EVERYTHING wow just wow! We share a LOT in common with what we do and how things happen only I don't listen to music or have any kind of video/audio going on at all).

Pretty much HBA's list of 1-7 steps happens to me too, but not totally the same. The difference is the kind of orgasm I have and the power involved in it and what happens afterwards. For my average, the ones I have all the time, prostate orgasms, the toy will involuntarily fuck me and the build up that happens makes things feel like they are "swollen" inside me, like tissues are engorging to prepare for release (akin to the female clitoris, the whole structure, swelling with blood up to the point of orgasm), and after certain amounts of contractions and the toy hitting my prostate over and over, there is a "fluttering" of spastic, uncontrollable rhythmic pulsations that are exactly like my traditional orgasmic/ejaculation pulses, pretty much the same timing too. Those are great Os after one, it seems like the toy just keeps wanting to go and they keep going.

HBA's #2 and 3 where there is a tightening, which happens to me, is what differentiates my standard prostate Os from the Super Os. With regular prostate Os, there is just involuntary contractions that build to an O. With my super Os, the toy does the involuntary contractions and the autofucking really starts to get insane, where almost every inward "thrust" feels like an orgasm when the toy contacts my prostate. Then, all of a sudden, there is an uncontrollable clamping-down of every muscle and sphincter I have, and the toy does not move. I can't relax it, and can't control it, no stopping. @JohnHope The difficult part is that it changes throughout the journey. When I first started, I didn’t get erections. Lots of precum, but no erections. Then I would masturbate with a super t after. I’m in my late thirties but I had erectile problems during this phase, I think because my penis was trying to understand the new sensations and how they applied to it. Now, I’m rock hard every time and have no problems during sex anymore either.

I don’t know if I’ve ever had the abdominal contractions. My feet and legs start shaking mildly, then my whole body feels like just before a sneeze, then I go into full body convulsions for anywhere from a few seconds to a couple minutes. When beginning a session I am usually fairly aroused and will have an erection. After a few minutes though my penis kind of just goes to sleep and does nothing except drip pre ejaculate. Although, I recently got a Eupho Trident and found the P tab really works for me like non of my other models, it really woke the “old fella” up! When the prostate orgasms arrive they usually do so in short waves of two or three together. I find my most intense orgasms appear during a quiet time, when it would seem that nothing is going on. Not easy to describe but, I almost feel as if I am shrinking, and slowly but surely I begin to curl up almost into a ball.
